3 ★The amount of commercials Hulu has for paying for it is ridiculous. Watch a show, fast forward it, commercials (1:30) then if there's a break, itll go on commercial again for the same amount of time. Quite frustrating the amount of commercials for paying for this product.
1 ★I cannot stress this enough I get this ad all over the place and when I'm watching anime its like a major thing that depresses me like I get that you can get a ad free thing by paying more but if you are gonna ad 5 more minutes to something that is being paid then why not make an option thats free and has ads and 2 paying options that are like no ads and no other benefits and one that gives you big access to certain things.
1 ★I saw that showtime was added to my account even though I never asked for it luckily I canceled that before they charge me for it. But seriously what the hell why was showtime added? I didn't add it, did you think you could get away with that without me even noticing it
1 ★I usually love Hulu, but for several days now, I have to restart my phone EVERY time I open the app. Including minimizing the screen to do something else. It's starting at the last 2 minutes of episodes I haven't watched, constantly throws up "something went wrong: error code", and has somehow lost the "skip Intro" feature. Please fix your all's app, I pay for commercial free, and it should at least work.
4 ★Ok so i had hulu on my xbox and on my old phone, but i got a new phone and I've downloaded the app again thinking it would work but low and behold i cant get past the login screen. I keep getting error404 or your accoumt information is wrong. How can it be wrong if i can get it on all my other devices. Its still a good service dont get me wrong but on this app and on my new phone it doesnt want to work. Maybe update the mobile version and all should be ok.
1 ★Many reason for just a star but one of them is that Live TV is $64/monthly but that would be the price of No ADS included. Since it's with ads, I will reasonably ask you to reduce that price to much more appropriate price for the plan that has ADS. While you are making more money off of charging people like us...y'all with the same problem, there's better and cheaper platforms since this Hulu has become quite greedy so don't be an Id!ot.
1 ★I watch a show and it doesn't let me know which one I left off on or what part of the episode so its a guessing game on my part which on I previously watched . Plus the mini screen would be a great upgrade to this. Every other app has it why can't this one? It gives me the voice to download shows but I hit download and they never download to my phone so why even have that option to begin with, doesn't matter if I'm using cell data or wifi. There is plenty more wrong but no space to say any more
4 ★I like it, but there's this one particular issue. There are 5 seasons in "Steven Universe" however you only have 4. I know why you only have 4 but it kind of makes me sad because I can't watch all of the show. Other than that it's a great app!
1 ★This app is broken. Skips to the end of episodes, plays whatever random episode it wants, and now, I can't even cast to my chromecast. Fix it. Edit: There's a new wrinkle. Now whatever episode I'm watching resets whenever it feels like it. Chromecast works sometimes though.
3 ★Too many ads. C`mon Hulu. Ads are OK maybe before and after the movie or show episode.... I clicked on a movie and had to sit through five ads before the movie started! Five of them?? Really?? Also ads during the movie itself and I'm PAYING for this? Not any more. Bye Hulu. BTW The Handmaids Tale sucks. Stop acting like it's the greatest show ever
2 ★Dowbloads fail to download over wifi 4/5 times. But even more frustrating is if I am within BAD signal (0-2 bars 4g) and I attempt to play my DOWNLOADED video, the video will buffer. I am playing my downloads that I have to restart my phone to "kickstart" the downloads most of the time, and they need to buffer? Mediocre. There is no reason a download should lag- Upset Paying Customer.
1 ★It takes forever to load and once the app is up it freezes. This is happening on all of our devices across different network connection. As a paid subscriber this should not be an issue!!!
