1 ★This app used to be incredible, I used it frequently on my Samsung phone, Lenovo chromebook and 2 roku this for a few years. 2 updates ago it quit working on my chromebook and phone, now it won't work on either Roku. Doesn't even try, acts like it's loading home screen then says connection error and that's it.
2 ★Originally app worked fine, but the last 9 months or so, it fails to load, play, or download videos for playback later. I wish the gov't would not allow cable companies to have a monopoly; without competition, Comcast/Xfinity doesn't have to be competive in price or quality.
1 ★0 stars if I could. In order to rate an app it needs to be... a functional app. No? Error 7 on EVERY SINGLE CHANNEL. Been trying to use the app occassionally throughout the past 2 years, I'd be surprised if it has worked for me more than 3 times. EVERY CHANNEL, EVERY TIME, PLAYBACK ISSUE :: 2111, ERROR 7. Such a complete joke, the people at Xfinity should be so utterly ashamed of themselves, always promoting themselves as the next generation of streaming, internet, and television... NOT.
1 ★They have made the DVR function worthless. You just get the message: Sorry your recording is unavailable due to Error 1001. You can still watch On Demand. Just kidding, that's an error 04. Try back later. I've been trying back for a good year now and they have no desire to allow you to use anything but your TV
1 ★App completely sucks. Constantly stops playing a show and you end up having to start it over only for the same problem to occur again. Also, almost Everytime I try to stream the annoying alert system goes off. Definitely deleting ATP. What's the point of the app if it doesn't allow you to stream without "an error occured try again" when the commercials air? Waste of time
1 ★To be frank, this app needs some work & a company as big as Comcast should be embarrassed that so many customers have openly recognized that. One of the newest annoyances is that now every time you open the app after it's been streaming for a while, the app reboots and the picture goes black until it reconnects. Many people, like myself are clearly using their phones or devices as a remote which is extremely convenient but only when it's ux & ui are on point. Xfinity Stream is not that.
1 ★Absolutely atrocious app, UI is clunky and way too many ads. Really wish I could do picture in picture or split screen view on my samsung, but of course not, Comcast is too greedy for that.
1 ★Why cant most of the content be accessed unless connected to xfinity wifi? If I was connected to my home wifi I don't need to watch TV on an app! And why can't there be an option to mirror the screen on a TV? Because again its pointless if I'm at home connected to my wifi i can watch it on my TV! This app is trash! You really need to talk to your customers and find out when the app is really used.

Lol I have gig speed wifi with xfinity.
1 ★Unable to watch anything from my DVR, live TV or OnDemand on my Galaxy S9+ phone running Android 10 since the last update. I have cleared the cache and cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled, used different login id's. Same software on my Samsung tablet, no issue or on my Fire TV.
1 ★Xfinity you should be embarrassed by the performance of this app. The app has a wide selection of movies and shows (depending on what you pay for) but the performance of this app is horrendous. A company like Xfinity should have a too notch streaming app. But you can chose a random free streaming app such as Tubi or Pluto and it'll perform faster and more reliably than this. You have to be aware of how garbage it is. You just don't care.
1 ★Terrible. The most recent update prevents me from streaming on my home TV that's connected to Xfinity. So much for being able to watch tv in all rooms of my apartment. Comcast, you get an F- for this, do think about your customers who pay you every month.
