1 ★Terrible bloatware! I'm talking about the app (the Burgers are just fine). What was wrong with the rewards card anyway? I uninstalled it - just couldn't deal with it. I broke down and reinstalled it. It worked just once last week. Today was informed at B-Fi that the whole system has been down for three days and is unable to process/read/store any information. Burger-Fi are you listening? Love your burgers but just hate this new system, PLEASE dump this and go back to the old card. Nothing but aggravation all round.
1 ★Sucks. Despite multiple spam emails about FREE specials, they never appear on the app. Store customer service in follow up is useless, complaining that they can't fix anything that's been done virtually. Have never had a good service experience virtually despite several tries. This is a rip-off gateway software, setting you up for disappointment. No drive through in a pandemic makes you a loser BurgerFi especially when your online programming is so pathetic. Fail. Fail. Fail.
4 ★the meal was warm this time, unlike the first one, and was really greasy. also they forgot one of the condiments. overall the 2nd meal was better than the 1st. also i think the music is one or two notches too high(loud) while trying to talk to someone. i don't care for the paper straws it makes my drink tastes like garbage. so I drink without a straw.
5 ★Burgerfi is one of our families favorites. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are great. My wife gets a veggie burger green style every time because it is so good. And dont forget the best fries in town, of which you always get plenty of. Burgerfi never fails to satisfy. And the app is very convenient and easy to use.
2 ★The previous system was great. I have no idea why they changed it. The app doubled my order and charged me not twice but three times. Luckily the employees were very helpful and able to refund me. My status and rewards were also lost as soon as I logged in. App needs to be improved a lot.
1 ★Horrible! Tried delivery order from website, got error, told call store. Called store, told me to download app. Downloaded app, tells me can't deliver to me.
3 ★App worked great and burgers were delicious, but the 4 shakes we ordered with our meal were only 3/4 full and had a strong medicine taste. The children would not drink them, and the wife and I could not choke ours down either. We live 30 miles away so I'm not taking them back, $20 in shakes wasted and I have no idea what that strong medicine taste was.
3 ★Great food and app was great but now even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it always crashes on the Rewards screen so can't see/use rewards
1 ★Tried many times to link my cards and the app says they're expired. Today is 2/1/19 so cards that expire 10/19 and 08/20 should work, but this crappy new app seems to think it's the year 2021 or was developed by someone who goes by a calender the rest of us don't. And why the hell is the app so large? Why are there no options like pay in store? Apps like Five Guys have these options and are much smaller in size and far more efficient. Your older app was way better. Why did you change it?! Dumb!!
1 ★I was charged 3 additional transactions using this app. I was advised I would be refunded. The manager even provided me the receipts showing the 3 refunds. It has been a week. I check my account and the app; no refund. I was essentially charged over $50 for a burger and onion rings.
1 ★Badly Made. The app isn't really user friendly. If you ever hear anyone tall about the gameplay of a game. That's what's wrong with this food app. It also also asked you to precharge money when you order. And then says you get free fries. but if you try to redeem it when you pay, it will charge the precharge for a separate reward. and STAFF HAS NO CONTROL.
1 ★The app forced me to go to a burgerfi I was unfamiliar with and sent me to a random location in the middle of a neighborhood. The app links you to a pin drop in Google maps and gives you directions to that pin. However the pin locations are incorrect sending people to random locations. It also turned out that the burgerfi it forced me to go to was farther away than the one I'm used to.
