Simply enter you pre-scheduled confirmation number and account number and you are instantly connected. Now you can share all your special moments with through Legacy’s video visitation technology!You must establish a Legacy Friends and Family Prepaid Account at www.legacyinmate.com/prepaid/ prior to scheduling and conducting a video visit with an incarcerated individual.
All video visits must be schedule 48 hours in advance and you must have funds in your prepaid account to participate in a video visit.
