本APP是透過知名樂透大獎密計全覽一書，提到遺漏數的統計及應用，遺漏數<10的遺漏數出現的中獎球出現的機率幾乎是百分之九十。狂人透過這樣的概念及彩迷的討論延伸出更進一步的遺漏大數據，讓每一種遺漏狀況都列入統計加以分析，讓中獎也能有憑有據。
