1 ★App worked ok about 85% of the time for a few years. A few months ago it started getting worse then it would not allow me to turn the alerts on and off which makes the system useless when you leave home and aggravating while at home since the alerts would not stop. The December update fixed that for a while and now if I try to access the settings the app just freezes up. This needs to be fixed immediately as I can not use the system. My Mom's system is even worse. Yes I'm constantly rebooting it
1 ★This app needs updating It is very slow and glitches a lot. The cameras are great I've had mine for 3 years and they have been in the rain and snow with no issues. Update: I received a response from the developers about a new update so I waited to see if it would get better. It's now 2/25 and it's still slow and gives you the circle of death when switching cameras. I own 2 phones (iphone 12 max 5g/Samsung note 20+ 5g). I installed the software on both. Same issues.
1 ★This camera system is way too expensive for the bs. Since you all did whatever you did to mess it up it hasn't worked at all. I can't watch my house, recordings, amd at times not even a live feed. At this point who do I talk to about getting my money back? The sense of security is gone, this camera is not reliable. I've tried rebooting, rebooting my router, unplugging the cameras and head unit as well and nothing works............. Pissed off!!!!
1 ★Keeps saying offline. Reconnected a bunch of times tried everything and it won't let me view my camera feed. All my connections are good, this app just doesn't work right at all. What if I were being robbed?? Not reliable at all
1 ★I have been having trouble with the app for a while it won't connect to my cameras at home while I am out and about. The whole point of getting it was to keep an eye on my home while I am away. Everything works fine at home just not the app. This needs to be fixed or I will contact the company and ask for a refund. Will change my review if problem is fixed.
4 ★This app works well most of the time. Sometimes there are interruptions that happen several times to a lot during the day. I'm not sure if it is the app or the internet. I can have the app running on my notebook while I'm at work so that I can see and hear the dogs to keep them ftom barking all day.
1 ★Update: had to replace my broken phone, notifications won't work with App. No alerts coming through from motion detector. Stopped working, won't view cameras, it won't load cameras, it's very frustrating. The app basically won't load the camera live videos, an error says out of Range then the screen turns black and will not load at all

2 ★Worked good for the first week now when I look for a event I just get a black screen. To live view, well this works fine. Still what good is there to have this system if you can not pull up events? Kinda defeats the whole reason for the system.
2 ★It stopped communicating with my phone. Reset the system, reset my phone. my phone still acts like it's not there. I've been using it for at least 2 years and although it has been great it has worked. I don't know if they did some kind of an update or what but it does not work anymore.

3 ★Thank you issue has been resolved... Can not view unless I'm near cams.. The whole point of purchasing cams was to be able to watch from any location if I gotta be at location to view. Away from location it says device offline. I have restarted everything and still offline. Then I wasted money on these
