2 ★Ok this is weird ealier I was able to see the events I have recorded on my memory card now I'm getting notification when ever the sensors on my cameras read something. When I clicked on the notifications I get a message saying that my cameras have not reocorded no events. I have the wyze cams v2. When I click on the firmware update it just keeps loading. Please fix this, there's a good reason why I got these cameras.

2 ★Cameras will sometimes get stuck trying to connect. This happens often enough that its a problem. My WiFi is great, I have high powered access point that feeds only about 8 devices total. I can get nearly 600 Mbps throughout my house on any device. Yet these cameras can barely handle a 1 Mbps stream to my access point. I would NOT recommend for any serious/important uses. I feel like a Beta tester.

1 ★The app crashes constantly. Always has issues connecting to and staying connected to cameras. Lags horribly. Crashes crashes and freezes constantly. Usually when trying to see people on your property. Not helpful. There is no customer service. The scripted response I will get is a lie. Yeah they don't respond to email. And no dark mode on 2021 wow. Every update makes the app freeze and crash even more. This is horrible garbage

1 ★Do not purchase cam plus if you are shared user. I purchased the cam plus through Google app store and it did not work because I was the shared user. Primary user purchased app and it works for the most part not what we thought the features would be. I canceled subscription right away but did not get refund. Asked for refund both Google play and wyze declined a refund of a service I paid double for. DO NOT PURCHASE WYZE CAM PLUS IF YOU ARE THE SHARED USER. Ticket #1300427

3 ★Wyze Cam Plus is unreliable. I purchased it so that I won't have to worry about blind spots between recordings but apparently I still get missed motion triggers. It doesn't even offer playback so I am in the dark about the missed events entirely. Disappointed as I wanted a completely cloud-based solution without having to rely on interacting with hardware every now and then. MicroSD's aren't a completely plug and leave system as you will have to check the card for errors via PC every month or so which is inconvenient and time-consuming.

3 ★I am getting increasingly frustrated with this app and these cameras🤨 I own 4, have Plus on 3, and have referred others in my complex to them, as well, they WERE awesome! What HAPPENED?! I cannot list all the things that have changed for the worst, offhand a main one is when I'm looking thru my MANY events, and back out of one, it goes back to the main menu, forcing me to go find where I was in the list again, REALLY annoying! The rules stopped working, they don't trigger some events, more...

1 ★I have tried this app on 5 different Android devices and it crashes and crashes and crashes and crashes. It used to sort of work between crashes, but since the 2.21.26 update I can't even connect to my cameras anymore, then it crashes. Which I guess is an advantage because now I will save myself all this frustration and uninstall the Wyze app, and throw these cameras in the trash where they belong. The video quality is extremely low, the motion detect is so slow the best I ever get is something exiting the frame, and it takes about minute later or longer till it finally sends a notification to my device. Then most the time it won't let me view the video anyway, saying something about it's still being uploaded somewhere, and usually I am "never" able to view the video until I pull the microSD card out and stick it in my computer. Useless for surveillance cameras. June 21 2021: No I'm not going to open a help ticket, along with the THOUSANDS of other people opening help tickets trying to deal with your horrible products. Bottom line is these are terrible cameras, this is a terrible app that constantly crashes, constantly forgets your cameras so you have to "try" to add them again, and fight with constant error codes that are of no help, and constantly NAGS you to pay extra for features the camera is capable of doing but are disabled by Wyze and held for ransom. There's no computer program for these cameras. The video quality is so bad you can't identify anything, the app is a buggy mess, and Wyze has a terrible business model. I've fought with this mess for two years and now I'm done with it. If it were possible I would give this app 0 stars, it doesn't deserve even 1.

3 ★Needs better playback controls and zoom functions with watermark still present in frame for when taking pictures after recording (in events). The zoom feature often gets mixed up with the play/pause button because of where you have to tap. There is only one zoom degree, you can't look around or re-adjust the zoom frame, or control play back (play/pause - play speeds - frame by frame controls back and forward to get the best picture) But otherwise pretty solid cameras and recording.

2 ★Person detection is not good. App sends me notifications saying "person detected" for tree limbs, cats, insects, cars, shadows from clouds, birds.... but then doesn't always detect actual people. When I click on the person detected notification, it doesn't even go to the video clip the notification corresponds to.

1 ★Used to be able the schedule motion detection between 1 a.m. an 8 a.m. after update I'm no longer able to. Every time this app updates, you lose a good feature. How about you just leave the program the way it was in the beginning, and we wouldn't have these problems!

4 ★The security system is pretty good but we had a false alarm and I work nights and did not realize noonlight had called for confirmation.my wife is a light sleeper and still did not hear the alarm and the cop knocking on the door. U already have a plug in speaker for the door bell. U guys need to make alterations to it to speak to the hub so it's possible to hear the alarm in other rooms while sleeping. Also u should allow a second phone number to be reached when an alarm goes off.

5 ★This is a great app easy to use ,and ads are ok waiting an outside cam sale then I will two maybe three if I could get good deal with y'all then I would like to keep the wyze line completely really like the one we have would like to add more wireless inside and outside ,when y'all have a sale on wireless inside and outside cams Please let me know!!!
