3 ★Guys... I'm sure you can do better... It took some years to remove the alert for motion detection/recording to last version... It was longer then expected, but now you remove the options on timezones... You are REALLY US focussed! So my advice so far for people on US willing to buy the cameras and use it abroad is: take something else.
1 ★My cameras stopped working 6 months ago, I've been talking back and forth with your customer support which takes them weeks to reply with no solution. They never mentioned the latest October 1st update through all this time. Now, I updated the app and the cameras don't sync with my wifi connection. What a joke of a company and not being honest with customers.
4 ★UPDATE: Sensitivity features are the there and adequate. Still not perfect, but pretty good. *Only OK. Needs features other cams have. Needs the ability to adjust sensitivity of audio and motion detection. Too many triggers for minor events such as cars driving by 40' away while the door is closed. Update 10/2/29: App update... garage door opener button is gone. The whole reason I purchased this device was to monitor and close the garage door. The button is gone from the update.
2 ★At first I could turn on or off the infrared mode but now it can't be turned on manually. The program was fine before the latest update, now it's less valuable without the manual option. The options for infrared are either OFF or AUTO. There should also be an ON option.
1 ★10/17 I do NOT get sound alerts unless i'm standing in the room of that camera. I ran the siren on the camera in the kitchen to see if the camera in the living room would send me an alert and I didn't get no alert. Same thing when I ran the siren from the living room I didn't get no alert from the kitchen camera(before I use to pick up sound from any room even outside noise). Motion is still adjusting back to medium-low or of. I have to constantly adjusted the settings back to hi from the app.
5 ★Wow ive been upset customer no service for almost 6 months i gave you a one star I totaly opened app it looked different I was like so amazed you fixed the issue i see many of us had of camara not connecting. I knew it was nothing on my end as i did everything possible and so did others. I am so HAPPY I thank you for fixing and adding cool mew things like siren as that will scare intruder . thank you for making this app and security system worth my money i give 5 stars for all new changes
1 ★Had the old app working ok on 3 devices. Now only 1 can login, and only on portrait mode. There is also no sound on live camera. The old app was acceptable, this one is not. Fix it please. Update: today Oct 15 there was a new update but I keep having the same problems
1 ★Was good until this recent update now cant record vids longer than 20secs it was 30secs its bad enough that the history only goes back 24hrs in the free sub. here's a tip when you do the update go into the settings and make sure that the quality is on on high and also the blue light stays on with the update i dont like that at all the cameras arent supposed to be noticiable no they are with that blue momemtum log always illuminated i suggest you guys get arlo cameras
1 ★UPDATE 10 OCT 2020. Later version of app removed the door opener tile. Now there is NO WAY to open the garage door with the "New App". Great job.. you new app is worse then the first. UPDATE #3 [10 July 2020] app will not open or close the door. All aspects of the app are slow, even when the wifi router is literally sitting right next to it. I've cleared all data, cache. I've updated firmware and using the latest available app from the Google.Play store. Called 800 support a d of course they ar
2 ★As of the last update of the system in august 2020 I stopped receiving the signal of the camera and there is no way that the service be restored. I had to buy another system, A partir del ultimo update del sistema, deje de recibir la señal de la cámara y no hay manera de que lo pueda restablecer. Tuve que comprar otro sistema.

If saving to SD Card, go to ACTIVITY then press SDcard icon, 24 hours of recording.So far so good.Always a Good picture,May depend on settings and your internet bandwidth,can adjust motion sensitivity and motion areas.For the price, good lil' cam. We'll see soon when my Cloud trial runs out. Issue I have, is batch deleting of recorded activities (1 by 1).
1 ★All right, seriously you updated the app, and now I cannot open my garage door. And it's not like the last time where the app doesn't work, I'm sure. It's that there's no button in the app to open the garage door! Oh, but I can set off a siren that I don't need! Maybe, you'd be so kind as to enlighten me as to where I find the button to open my damn garage door, because that's what I bought, a garage door opener, not a siren!
