2 ★stupid thing keeps telling me I have no internet connection when I do. also trying to load Live view of the camera takes awhile. luckily I'm still within the 30 days to return back to the store.

2 ★Won't turn the motion sensor for the cameras off even when in home mode! Very annoying! Worked great before the new app update. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!
4 ★app was ok until update in april 2019 now getting login error check internet and app wont start most times i have to keep trying to restart app until it works, and for my rechargeable cameras the battery percentage is gone from about camera settings. and my outdoor camera settings keep changing from outdoor to indoor 50hz everytime i open app
1 ★Since update very poor, invested in this to protect my family when I work away to ensure that they are safe, great idea about the settings but they don't work. I have had no notifications or alerts sine update. I have deleted the application and reinstalled it to see if that helped still the same. I have unpaired cameras, then paired them again, still the same.Surely it is test prior to release? It better be rectified soo.
1 ★Not happy. Just put update in and can't log in on my phone or iPad now. All I get is a blue screen and sometimes a message in red pops up saying check your wifi. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still same thing. Very frustrated, can't check activity.😣

I cannot get some of my cameras to record unless it's in live action, the app will not hold the camera settings and reverts all cameras to indoor 50htz setting.After contacting tech support , rebooting everything , installing and reinstalling app, which helped nothing, was told that nobody else seemed to be having problems with this update. And also has trouble with internet connection
