New Feature : Mute Notifications will temporarily silence push notifications to your mobile device, while videos will continue to be recorded. This is great for a party, when you don't need to be notified of friends on your back patio! Mute Notifications can be found in the Settings section in the app. (Arlo Baby owners - to prevent missing crucial alerts, all notifications will continue to be sent even when Mute Notifications is active.)

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Geofence doesn't work well with 2 devices....2nd device is always unavailable or showing incorrect status. Activity zones do not work either, ny front porch is constantly recording from motion outside of the zone.
1 ★app takes forever to load. constantly says it's offline. there is significant lag between issuing play and getting live view. hardware is great, great picture quality. app response time is a joke for a so called security system
1 ★it showed my batteries that were dead however I took them out of the camera tested the batteries and the batteries were 100% so something is wrong between the Arlo camera to tell you that the batteries are dead when they're not and iPhone to find out about this and put my cameras back on and they said I got to call a tech out to have them do some work so you know what I ain't doing that this is the Arlo cameras when you change your batteries they don't go back online they make it says you have to
3 ★Occasionally signs you out saying "expired token", it doesn't really notify you of this so you may miss some alerts. It also takes unreasonably long to get the status of the base and the cameras, a homebrew python api call is about 1000x faster.
4 ★App is fine. Hardware is troublesome. Takes too long to activate and cameras go offline frequently. Working better since I recently had them go off line a couple times last week. Fingers crossed!
4 ★I use this App on Android tablet and phone and an iPad. For some reason it sometimes freezes or is sluggish on the phone, but is always fine on the other devices. So 4 stars, not 5.
4 ★I have been using it for a week. I did not experience any of the issues reported by other users apart from the time delay (few seconds) which makes interacting with a potential intruder less than optimum, hence the 4 stars (and not 5).
5 ★Getting the base unit recognized took a few tries (not sure if it was Arlo or Network). It is working great. We had an alert that led to the midnight capture of a large roach in our family room :-P
3 ★if only I didn't have to open this app, then close it and open it immediately again to be able to change from armed to disarmed... this is VERY annoying and there's not a stupid button that could allow for a simple REFRESH command... the product is good but the app is bad and worst is that if I try to use the browser version, on the phone just keeps sending me to the stupid app...
1 ★effing shity for the amount of money you pay for it cameras are great if you could actually use the 4K and get continuous stream but a complete waste of money for what I need I will probably end up buying wide cameras and need to spend the same amount again not happy Jan
1 ★this app sucks. its slow. now it will not notify or record video, and I can only log in to view my camera live. dude, you guys have GOT TO FIX THIS!!!!
3 ★I dont like how long it takes to connect to the cameras, even when I am in the house. sometimes the app struggles and I have to open and close three or four times to get it to respond properly.
