How to install Foscam IP Cam Viewer by OWLR APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Foscam IP Cam Viewer by OWLR APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

5 ★Easy to work with...
1 ★The app used to work with my cameras but no longer does for some reason. I'm able to set them up and I can see video just fine in the setup screen but once I go back to the "My Cameras" page it just says "Configuring camera" and never works. I've tried resetting the cameras and the app itself but nothing works. Found dozens of others suffering from the same issue on the OWLR support page but OWLR hasn't bothered to respond.
2 ★I've used this app for 3+ years with an older FI89XX camera as a baby monitor. Overall it has been great, occasional issues connecting and losing audio but overall I have been satisfied. But I just set up a new Foscam R2 camera (as my old model us discontinued) and the OWLR app does not allow me to move/pan/tilt/zoom the new camera, all of which I can do on the old. I tried reinstalling the camera several times before finding out this is a known issue with newer Foscam models. Disappointed
1 ★Broke with And-10 on Pixel 3. Install the app and go thru the process to find phones. Says I need to turn on wifi and connect when I already am. Been this way since Android 10 update. How can software not realize your wifi connection exists and how can it not be an easy fix? Free software but useless until they fix it. **Update: still no change. just deleted the app. Nothing takes this long to fix. Paid for tinycampro and it's working across all my devices, including and tv.
3 ★After installing Android 10, the app says that it cannot detect an internet connection and can no longer display any camera video. My other video apps display the camera videos just fine. Hoping it will be fixed soon. Before the update, I really liked this app. Discovery and setup of the cameras was quick and easy!
2 ★Connects easily and even has a way of checking the external viewing, outside of your personal wifi connection. Update: At first, everything worked great but then something happened and now it takes forever to load and is feed is extremely slow. The speaker was working at first but then it stopped working.
2 ★Doesn't support FOSCAM latest firmware update for the R2. System Firmware version 1.11.1.13 - works fine System Firmware version 1.13.1.6 - does not work What is odd is that the picture will display when I go into video settings... it just won't display outside of settings. This is true in both the FOSCAM-specific app and the Multi-brand app. Can we get an update for that?
1 ★Hello, just received this camera last week model FI9902P and installed it. Everything seems fine to me except downloading videos. Is there anyway we can download recorded videos from SD card to my telephone? I really need an advice. Please help!!! Mrs. Disappointed
1 ★Worked good for about 2 months... the all of a sudden 2 cameras stopped streaming live and would send motion alerts. tech support was good with responding quickly... but couldn't seem to help me. I've cancelled my subscription and moved onto another more reliable app. there are plenty better apps and most are cheaper than this one. shop around folks.
4 ★Works exactly as described; quick, reliable, clean interface. Pity there isn't an option to run it with a low-privilege ipcam account - it seems admin credentials are required for some functionalities. Still, I'd prefer to see an option to use standard credentials with reduced functionality.
2 ★App is great if you can successfully connect with cameras. Having continuing problem with one of my two cameras. Contacted customer support via email on multiple occasions they sadly never respond. Would give 5 stars if they made the effort. They should maybe consider subscription to offer qualify customer service.
1 ★App did not detect my camera even when adding it directly with the network settings. The company has terrible customer service, after several attempts to contact them they never get back to you! 9/24. Even after they contacted me regarding my review I again advised them of the issue and still have not received a response. They just never get back to you.
