1 ★WARNING! ⚠️ this app is over charging you almost every single item! The prices are cheaper in the store! Today I was over charged 25 dollars! Keep in mind that I pay for annual membership which is supposed to be free delivery on top of that plus I leave always leave a tip! I have a receipt and also double checked the items and they were cheaper than the app said. I provided proof to them and was refused a refund by customer service and I spoke to supervisor they were even being passive aggressiv
1 ★If I could give 0 stars I would. This service is pretty much the same thing as throwing money down the toilet. MULTIPLY times my order has been "rescheduled" to the following day!!!! It is unacceptable when there are items people are relying on showing up and then don't. Yes, the drivers are contracted but as the company that employees these drivers it is your responsibility to ensure there are enough drivers to meet demand. Close delivery windows when there aren't enough. 0/5 stars.
