2 ★Worked fine the last 5 years we have been with us cellular, and now I haven't been able to pay my bill on the app like I have before. Or even access my account. Very disappointing.
2 ★Works sometimes 😕 for a cellphone company to have an app this clunky and slow tells the story that they have a serious lack of intelligence designing their web site. They have been working on this for years now and it's still so slow you would think it's a new start up. I hate this app.
2 ★Need to have better sign on features like thumbprint or facial recognition. It is constantly telling me it can't find my account or wrong account when I know I have the correct information. It takes me forever to actually get to sign in 😥
1 ★Sometimes I have to repeat my password, get new one time code, it is like they don't recognize my device I use everytime, still slow , about to switch to a different carrier if they keep this up ...
2 ★This app is hit or miss when trying to use it. More than half the time when trying to log in it won't load. When I'm actually able to log on, it works great and is very convenient.
1 ★This app sucks 😕 It never lets me log in without using a passcode sent to my husband's phone and all I ever use it for is to pay our bill. It says it doesn't recognize my device (hello! It belongs to US Cellular, ya jackass) and it is just royally a pain in the butt to use just to pay the damn bill. I'm not calling in my payment, nor am I driving 30 minutes to a store to pay so, yes I will keep this turd to pay, just know I cuss it every single month. Get with the program guys!
1 ★This app is always messed up. Constantly losing my log in. Always refreshing to the same screen when trying to log in. The alternative log in options never work. Sometimes is just does nothing. For a company as big as US Cell one would think some money could be spent on a decent mobile application. I have tried to use this app over the years and it never improves. So I just expect disappointment from it now.
1 ★My rating has more to do with us cellular service than the app. US Cellular advertises unlimited hight speed data for prepaid accounts. Absolutely not true. You'll be hard pressed to get 1 gig of high speed data total in 3 months. They're service isn't even as good as sprint.
2 ★This used to be a good app. But now it's been crashing, I've had to uninstall & reinstall this app several times. Not to mention whenever it kicks me out of my account and I try (key word being try) logging back in, it tells me username or password isn't correct. This app sucks and needs to be fixed, like actually FIXED.
1 ★Totally useless. Good luck to try and recover your password on it. It will not let you do whether with your phone number or IMEI. But their customer service will keep telling you there are no problems on their side. Also, note that you won't be able to access your US Cellular account while travelling abroad, neither through their website nor through this app on your phone.
1 ★Have to uninstall, and reinstall app every month to pay my bill. If I don't do that I can't log in. It is a really annoying, and needs to be corrected.
1 ★I did love this app for bill pay but the it's completely useless now. It wont let me log in after the update and does not work at all. Very disappointed as this was the easiest way to pay my bill. Please fix this soon. UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN TWO YEARS. NOT A SINGLE UPDATE TO FIX IT? NOT EVEN ADDRESSING IT? can't wait until my contract is up so I cant be scammed by you. your employees are horrid and caused me 200+ dollars in loss because they lied about charges, or refused to oblige contract.
