1 ★I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with issues. I have a multitude of reasons to contact support and I always get the same answer. Delete and reinstall app. It never fixes the issues and they never have any answers for me. I can not edit my shop from app. Many features no longer exist. The only thing it's good for is letting me know if I receive an order of if a customer has contacted me. It used to be so much better. They really need to read these comments and work on improvements!!!
1 ★This app is glitchy. My app on iphone is working fine, but on my android, it has not updated in two weeks. It does not notify me of sales, messages, or new reviews. Today is december 5. My app shows no shop activity since Nov 17. My pc is down. Thank goodness my iphone app still works, but my iphone is not connected to cellular service, only wifi. If not for my iphone, I would have to sign in to the etsy website frequently just to check my status. Very annoying.
3 ★Convenient but Misses the mark. It has a lot of features missing compared to the web browser version. You can't use calculated shipping and you can't toggle customization requests on and off in the app either. It's frustrating being a new user and needing to use Redit and other forums to figure out how to use it (just to find out the app doesn't support it).
4 ★As a seller on Etsy for over seven years I have to say it makes life easy having an app to run my business. You can effortlessly add new listings on the go. I find it quick and easy to respond to client queries rather than have to sit at my desktop. The only thing I can complain about is the dispatch of orders. I often have over 100 orders on my system and there is no other way to dispatch apart from individually. This is time consuming to scroll through and do them one at a time.
2 ★Etsy app is really bad and always has a lot of issues. Photos never save, app always glitches, and it wastes a lot of my time. Photos don't link even after you've linked to variations multiple times and click save. Go back and it's like it never even applied. This app is such a huge waste of time. Only thing it's good for is to keep track of your orders.
3 ★App is ok, but no one's seeing my products In the year that I have been using it Etsy brought a whole of 57 people to my shop! I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but something clearly doesn't work. I always fill in everything, including tags. I even looked at similar listings, shops with many sales, but no luck. I got 3 sales this year and most of my traffic comes from social media... Do I have to pay Etsy to show my products?? It is sad and I will be looking at Insta shop soon.
4 ★The app is great, mostly, for selling your stuff. Making listings is easier and better (in my opinion anyway) on the computer though. The app isn't the same (or as thorough) when creating a listing as the website itself. Otherwise it's amazing, obviously, and managing orders in particular is great.
5 ★So far this app is working as it should. When I first downloaded it, it did redirect me to the website(in browser) but after I finished setting up my shop it did take me back to the app and hadn't redirected me since! Perfect for adding things to the shop without hopping on the computer.
4 ★I'm finding it hard to get going with sales with no budget for advertising but found setting up the shop relatively easy. The app is very informative and works well. Wish the draft options was a bit better. Ive tried to start my ads on my phone as it us easier for doing the photos but then I cant choose advanced options on the phone. So I want to save but it won't let me until I've filled out all the boxes then it often freezes on my phone and on my laptop and I have to start again.
4 ★For me it's a good and easy app but the last two times I downloaded it it kept singing me out after a while, I think this was just a problem with the email I was using but I will update my review if I get any more problems.
5 ★It doesn't do everything the website version does. However what is does do comes out in a much better clear format. Great for viewing stats and quick amendments to listings, as well as checking my payment account. I also love the cha-ching sound when orders come through!
2 ★Needs work. Although several features are available in the app, there are some unavailable such as calculating the shipping cost of a new item. You cannot run your etsy business on the app alone. I shouldn't have to get my computer out when I want to work from my phone. I should be able to work seamlessly no matter which device I am on, especially when you take a look at the fees buyers pay to do business through Etsy.
