2 ★App is functional. But the paid version comes with poor customer service! Stay with the free version! Once you pay your on your own! Youmail closed my Grandfathered account of many years by giving me an erroneous due date! When I paid my renewal they apologized for their error, even reviewed the calls in which reps gave the wrong due date, but stated they couldn't reactivate my old plan!
5 ★Been using this for 3 years now, replacing Should I Answer. A harasser who used to fill up my husband's voicemail can now be sent straight to a greeting that won't take a message. Very easy to access, organize, delete, and re-hear voice mails in any order, keeps a history, and you can export messages for legal documentation. FEATURE REQUEST: I wish home screen icon would display # of new unheard messages the way phone and text apps do. I have android 7.
1 ★There's no option to store messages to local storage without paying? How are you going to charge me to download to my OWN local storage? It's not even your cloud. There's only a 100 messages allowed, then the smallest plan is $15 a month? Way too much. 15 for the whole year maybe. Now I'm stuck either deleting those 100 messages forever or changing to another voicemail app.
1 ★Am not receiving notifications of vm messages. When I called to retrieve messages yesterday I was told I had 48 skipped messages! What? I never received them let alone skipped them. I reinstalled app. Still not working. So disappointed.
1 ★I got 14 "Potential SPAM" calls in 1 day!! They're not being Blocked & they still ring my phone even though they are labeled Spam. My husband (Telephony Engineer) has checked my Settings. Which are correct, but the app fails. It also has A LOT of names incorrect (not from my Contacts). Like in my Contacts, I labeled my father as "Dad," but this app has it as Larry. I don't even know a Larry & Dad's had his number for over 10 years! And I can't correct it.
5 ★I cant really say "I" love this app because it just answers calls that I dont get too...but what I can say is that EVERYONE who calls me and I dont answer absolutely LOVES the interaction from the voicemail prompts whether it answers with a joke, a personal greeting or any of the other great features that come with giving me a call. It's too easy to set up and once you do it does the heavy lifting. Normally a person would get upset if they cant reach me... now it comes with a laugh and a smile.
4 ★I had a problem, they emailed me right away, solved problem, exceptional customer service!! Also, I love that each of my voicemails get turned into text,in different colors, so at a glance it's easy to tell which voicemail is which! Love this!
5 ★I am pleased with Youmail. I like the fact that the messages are transcribed, they are sent to your email and that you can personalize your outgoing message for each caller.
1 ★It took over my voicemail greeting so I deactivated my account and deleted the app. Months later I'm wondering why I haven't been getting any voicemail. The stupid app had them all and they did not show up in my actual voicemail box at all. I never write reviews but this app was so horrible and stupid that I had to warn people.
5 ★works well, better than I thought plus support is great. voice recording to text I read not always accurate word for but you get point, when reading ya no !, I don't text that accurate to friends n family everybody used to that, especially kids. I glad ii installed it probably 2 years now.
1 ★It was working good. Now it will not connect any calls to VM. Error message mentioned connection or 4g as cause but neither are the issue. Apparently this app was just too good to be true :(
5 ★I haven't had a whole lot of experience with you mail visual voice of still working on it but I have read up on it just a little bit and seem like it's a pretty good app to use it when I give it a good try by the month then I see what I think and I do a second post
