3 ★Been using it for years, has been a great app. Been paying the original price of $2.99 and recently my card was compromised and a few things didn't auto renew and when I went to renew today my only option was $14.99/month or pay for the year, ouch. I've recommended this app to many people however I always stated the lower cost, not anymore

1 ★For whatever reason they decided that I am outside the US, even though I have not left the US in more then 20 years. I have had this service for years and years for them to just block my account. I would not recommend.
1 ★Needs more user control over phone calls & texts. You can either BLOCK a person or deal with their texts/calls. No in between like personalize ringtones or send to vmail like your real # will do. Not very efficient for dating purposes.. UPDATE 2/14/25 I have been contacting sideline "support" for weeks because incoming calls DROP as soon as I answer. No feedback, no updates, but I'm still paying full price for this substandard service!!! I guess it's time to cancel and find something else.
2 ★I've used Sideline since 2017. It was great, but not so much anymore. I have to uninstall & reinstall the app regularly because it needs to "reset its connection" to the servers. Calls constantly go to my primary voicemail, not my Sideline voicemail. All I get from support is that I should enable call announcement, which requires me to have my phone in hand all day while working. Not an option. I used to love the app and have recommended it often. Not anymore.

3 ★I love sideline but when people call my phone it often is silent for a couple seconds and then just hangs up. I imagine I have lost some customers due to them thinking that my business is no longer running or getting the impression that we can't answer the phone in a timely manner. Please help! I've been beside life for a long time and don't want to switch to anyone else.
2 ★Samsung phone, keypad vibrates phone on every push, but it has 1/4 second delay. Settings need option to disable vibration. After I make call, the phone goes into screen that appears to be for text messaging. I'm novice/new to Sideline, but no option located for what app should do after I place call. Another gripe is when I open app, there should be option to set the default area user wants to go to (in my case, the keypad). Im hoping these features are made available pronto
1 ★This app is horrible please don't fall for the bot comments its a horrible app I paid for the freetrial of 1$ and as soon as I got my first sms code the app said basically banned me so I tried logging out and logging back in and it said my password was wrong please DO NOT USE THIS APP IT IS A SCAMM!!!!!!!!!!!!
