The SwannOne Link enables access of your Swann Smart-Series video surveillance cameras and SwannOne Smart Home functionality from the one app.
The app seamlessly configures many settings from your handset or tablet, allowing you to control your Swann video security cameras, SwannOne devices and smart home commands, along with over 100+ smart home devices and home mode settings and rules from anywhere. Features specifically include:
- Multi-channel viewing with up to 8 cameras on screen at the same time (8ch view works best on tablets)
- Play back stored recordings from your Smart-Series DVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet)
- Capture video from your camera live view to your Phone to play back later. Record video for 80 days+
- Capture single and multiple still images and save these to your Phone's picture library
- Customize home, away & night modes
- Control appliances, turn them on and off remotely and create schedules*
- Apply motion triggered rules, using alarm sensors and other smart devices to activate actions such as sirens or lighting*
- Detect entry & deter intruders & receive alerts on your Smartphone or Tablet*
- Manage locks, appliances, climate, lights & energy*
- Connects to over 100 Smart Devices & supports schedules & automated action on assigned rules

3 ★Motion detection sets off false alarm when changing from night mode to day. Sensitivity settings do nothing. Swann smart home pack with dvr8 5000.
2 ★Apps working fine. The only problem is it won't send movement warning/alert/notification when someone approach the camera on the Swann apps. I think this is the downside off this apps. If someone approach your front door, driveway or back gate and you don't get any alert from the cameras you won't know who is around your house. If you can get the notification then you can check your playback clips. I think is the first line of defence of the security. If you can get the alert, you can check the CCTV and send someone around to check your house or even call police if needed. So I think Swann should put this alert warning system on the apps not just on email. I would have given 5 if they have put push notification/alert on the apps just like motion sensor and also save some photos on the phone.
1 ★Doesn't save photos to device, crashes if I try to record. I'm very disappointed.
5 ★Swann always quality, easy to setup remember restart dvr from time to time.my mobile view stop working due I switch off maintenance mode and software couldn't update. Restarted not a problem whatsoever Many thanks Swann

1 ★does not work after updates or on Samsung's s8+ cant watch live pictures
1 ★Rubbish. Since update doesn't allow push notifications. Gets an error. Called Swann over 4 times and eventually told it is a known issue and fix is not in pipeline. Been like this for a few months. Poor.

3 ★Swann 5020l. I can not pick up this device in my android. I followed all the instruction. I wonder if anybody out there can tell me how to configure. My router says it's connected.
