1 ★Why does this not work half the time? Its burger King, but not a king app at all, why are you letting your business slide like this Bk I was always saying BK is number 1. But Mcd's is slowly looking for the crown, even tho i think its not Nice, they open 24 hours and try to keep that saver menu tip top

2 ★Latest update has broken my app! Been using the BK app with no issues. Downloaded android update and got just a blank white screen. Uninstalled/reinstalled, loads the page but none of the 'links' work, I can't select my location or sign in...?

1 ★Doesn't work. Select a location to order and it doesn't progress to a menu. When you then manually click on menu...no location has been selected.

2 ★The refreshed itself and lost discount code. So I downloaded the app for exclusive discounts, because as we all know burgerkings usual prices are actual daylight robbery. So I went instore and pressed redeem and it told me I had 15mins to redeem, was waiting for someone to serve me, and the code disappeared after 5 mins. Beware, I would advise screenshotting the code

1 ★Offers work but little else. It seems impossible to place an order at any restaurant, the only option is to select an offer when at the till in a restaurant or sitting at the drive thru. Selecting a different restaurant makes no difference, the order button is greyed out.

5 ★Installed the app filled in the details and I got several offers for vegetarians and vegan food. I was very impressed with the app much better than another well known fat food chain. Welcome back BK and keep bringing a good choice of meals and burgers for all types of food lovers. See you soon. My favourite is still the Bean Burger meal. Banging.

1 ★This app makes no sense, you can't place orders with it. You just get stuck in an endless "check availability" loop. Completely pointless. McDonald's app works by clicking to add to cart job done. No need to make life so difficult.

4 ★App works well enough, but cannot use GPS location as it always takes me to settings, but there is no setting to allow GPS to show location. Pity some store don't let you use app specials

4 ★The app is decent but the click and collect features seem a bit unwieldy or not really functional for my area (Teesside) as it wants me to travel to Hartlepool or farther. Erm, no thanks..

1 ★Mobile ordering in your Android app just doesn't work. I've tried multiple times on multiple days. It either doesn't let me Select a restaurant. Or it does but then goes in a loop of check availability/select restaurant/order/check availability again... Please fix Manchester City Centre Moseley Street and trafford centre both tried.

1 ★Broken! Entirely useless. Freezes from the go, won't do anything, closed and reopened and now a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and exact same issue.

1 ★App dosent allow you to select 'im here' for curbside orders. Constantly had errors with Google pay, was unable to automatically find location as you have to manual go into settings and select it in the app. Only thing the app is good for is to get offers. The design and implementation is terrible.
