1 ★Love how my bad review last night just gets removed. Well done Mr D Edit: I have no comments, the generic responses do not cater for the problems at hand. If clearing my cache and reinstalling the app 100 times worked do you think I would still be giving you a bad rating? App is completely locked to me now. It doesn't matter from which restaurant I try to order I get a delivery not possible prompt. This after receiving 4 different errors last night. Thanks but no thanks. I'll go to Uber eats.
1 ★Tried buying food a few times and this error code message keeps popping up, so I guess it's Ubereats way!
3 ★The delivery details are not shown to the driver. I know this because the past 8 orders the drivers have phoned to ask for it. I would also recommend adding a NOTE option. So the user can add personal notes to remember for instance: Pizza Place- did not enjoy pizza X. It is not a review but rather a personal reminder.
1 ★While the app itself works, the service delivery is pathetic. The restaurants consistently get orders wrong time and time again. I understand that the restaurants are at fault but my experience and interaction is with the app, and the experience is entirely disappointing. Edit: Mr D had asked me to contact them to resolve the issue but I have consistently gotten my orders messed up. Mr D is incapable of maintaining any sort of standard with the restaurants they work with.
5 ★I love it, I might as well delete my uber eats app. The drivers are friendly and I've had female drivers deliver my food, which as a lady makes me happy to see my kind pushing. The service is fast and efficient, the only low on this is the mall closest to me only does collect and the BP garage with PNP is also a collect. Would be nice to order and have my bread and milk delivered to me on a weekly basis..
1 ★My order failed to arrive! Tried querying and was told my order could not be completed and they are investigating the matter. My money was not refunded even thought the fault was on their side! Save yourself the stress...Sometimes it's better to go buy food yourself!
5 ★Loving this app. We had a long trip, when we got to our destination we really didn't feel like cooking. It was so easy to find many food options delivered to your door. Delivery is fast. The food amazing. And the app also gives many ways to pay. Thanks for the night off Mr. D.
4 ★My rating disappeared. I like the app, very convenient and works well. The service is great. Only problem I encountered, is with the promo codes. They disappear as soon as you go into the app, and you cannot retrieve it again. I was offered R75 off on my first delivery, and when I clicked on the code, it took me into the app, and it was gone...
5 ★A miracle of technology. You click a few buttons and a very polite stranger delivers your food!
5 ★Reliable and very fast. I've used Mr D countless times and I've never had a problem with them. They even rectified the mistake that was made by the restaurant (1 item was short), but unfortunately they only take reimbursed me on my next order.
5 ★I really enjoy using the Mr Delivery app - its user friendly and easy to use and the restaurants gets the orders right and the guys who deliver the food gets it done quickly and is always friendly I use the Mr Delivery app at least once a week and never experience any problems
