1 ★Too many "hiccups". Once again, I can't log on, add anything to my basket. Unacceptable for such a large, rich company. Update - search for "chocolate" and you get wine gums and every sweet under the sun. App just froze on me and the only way to get back into it was to uninstall and install it again. Rubbish! How do these website people not get fired?
1 ★This app doesn't add half my shopping... I have to keep reinstalling it... It doesn't recognise my email address... I missed half my order today because it didn't add items even tho it says it does... Not amused
1 ★Whenever you find something you like itll go off shelves for months or forever, they need to sort out there stock and constantly always selling out and never restocking certain things ever again
1 ★First time online shopping and will be the last delivery issue the app says my shopping has been delivered when it hasnt this app isnt fit for purpose!!!!!
1 ★Useless as I can't checkout at all, it just says something went wrong and I end up having to use the website
1 ★And now the app has got 1 star from me, I'd give it minus stars if I could. Confounded thing froze for ages which meant I missed my deadline so I've now got an incorrect order which I can't seem to do anything about as the app is still frozen. Not happy, going to have to cancel the whole order if I can.
1 ★Buggy every time I use it. Can check out half the time, very often there's a glitch on the timeslot booking page where you can't see the dates or times. Sometimes the "I'm on my way" button isn't there so I can't use it and then I get passive aggressive comments from staff at Asda because I haven't said I'm on my way 🙄 tried to review products but that never works on the app either.
1 ★Uses to be great, but now a frustrating app. I frequently have to give up and go and boot up the laptop, kind of defeats the object of having a mobile app. Poor experience. Update: Reduced my rating from 2 to 1. This App is complete shite. Can't even amend an existing order, asks if I want to add the items in my trolley to the existing order and then just reverts back to the start screen... Awful.
1 ★I had to write a review to advise that this app has turned to absolute garbage in the last couple of weeks. Consistent errors and freezing, I'm constantly having to reset in the middle of making an order and it's now literally impossible to amend any orders. It's almost completely unusable, to the point I've just downloaded the sainsbury's app, because I cannot stand the frustration any longer.
2 ★Getting really fed up with this app. You're constantly taken back to the main page instead of back to search results. Some departments won't open at all & the order completion page isn't working. Had to use webpage so I didn't miss the order deadline. The out of stock thing is frustrating too. It only matters if it's out of stock at the time of delivery - which is often days away - not when I'm adding it to my basket! A really buggy app. At least they have plenty of delivery slots though.

1 ★This app is awful I'm afraid. Ive had to reinstall multiple times just to get access. I have to resort to using thier web page to get anything done. To be fair their whole online delivery service is awful. I have had numerous issues and thier off shore customer service team seem unable to do anything. Stock answers like reboot your PC (Its an Android App!) and we are aware of the problem and it is being investigated, never any followed up. They just want to get you off the phone.
