1 ★Though this app is useful, this App always crashes. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Also, purchasing of load should be done in the app instead of you redirecting to a website and there, you have to login again. Irritating.
2 ★Need major fix asap! Doesn't work as intended, same as other users, app works on first install only, then can't reload content after that. Your Smart app for prepaid sims works very well, please take inspiration from that.
1 ★1. I cannot make a pasaload it always says "The network connection timed out", even thou my net connection is perfectly fine. 2. It always logging me out every time i use other apps. 3. When i push the Eload the app crashes. Cannot fully use this app. Please fix all the issues thanks. P.S. does the administrator of this app still has the plan to update this???
1 ★Trash app, long loading time, estatement link not working, all around unintuitive UI. You gain lots of money from your customers but you can't even give them a properly functional app.
1 ★Please update yoyr app development just as beautiful as Globe Home Wifi and I'll give you 5 star. This app is so inferior than that Globe which I used where you can see what you need and manage data within the app. I was disappointed with this app as it seems useless to me. PLDT SMART should learn the competitor's app features and develop the same. Then your app will get good feedback. Wake up developer, see that your rating is so low because you are app needs huge improvement.
1 ★I subscribed to GIGA games promo however it is always lagging. The connection is not consistent. Worst experience ever. The same with other network providers.
1 ★No support at all. There are so many negative feedback and there is no response. Really bad service. All the time the app doesn't work. Can't even view my statement.

2 ★App regularly crashes on Android Oreo. Always says postpaid plan data cannot be retrieved. Interface can be further made intuitive. But the worst really is that it crashes a lot.

1 ★I can load my retailer sim before via gcash or paymaya payment method using this My Smart app into smart link, but it suddenly stop. I dont receive any message that says it has stopped or not still available, its just stop. 👎👎
