1 ★THIS APP IS A SCAM!!!. Ordered this on April 22nd to upgrade from Basic to Plus subscription and the upgrade NEVER happened. Still showing the free 'basic' product to this day. Canceled service immediately after purchase to stop monthly charge. No customer service or tel# to receive help.
3 ★I am starting to look for emails, phone calls and advertising. I am becoming more aware and blocking apps that I have not asked for, or have not been associated with in the past. I want a secure app that I can count on to protect my privacy, from bad actors to every other thing that I come across. I am more vigilant than before! My credit score is crucial to me and I am working hard to make sure that it improves more by actions that I am working on with bank accounts and canceling at this point
1 ★Ever since the release of Android 10 in 2019 this app has refused to open. I'm not sure if this has to do with Google or At&t. It worked fine with Android 9 which was the OS of the phone when it was purchased in June of 2018. I'd like to find out if anyone else has had this issue without having to go through all the reviews.
4 ★If I have Call Protect on & I call someone new , why won't atleast notify via sound options page to ignore or answer? I have to open app to see who they declined to let through. Also, why would Call Protect allow, atleast on two occasions, a call to go through that just says UNKNOWN?
4 ★I like the safe browsing and call screening...i have had a lot of bogus numbers calling my old phome number and even though i dont answer numbers i dont know i may call it back to see who picks up and all you get is that recording saying that its not a working number....SCAM....but the AT&T security app blocks them before they connect with your ringer.....LIKE'N THIS...!
1 ★If I could give 0 stars I could. Only thing that sucks about this service is the VPN, which is the only thing I activated this service for. The thing that really annoys me about this app is trying to get rid of it. When I go in the app to deactivate my subscription, I get redirect to this page to deactivate the service. Whenever I tap Deactivate, I get an error message saying "This app is a device administrator and must be deactivated before installing." Absolutely ridiculous.
5 ★Absolutely love it! I don't have to deal with spam telemarketers, and my cell rings less. Also lets me know when passwords are compromised. It just keeps everything safe (for free)!

And that's coming from a girl that has tried almost every security app & cleaner in the play store..Instead of cleaning or protecting it just junks up ur phone, slows it down , protects nothing & plays tons of adds..NOT AT&T..They have 0 adds and do exactly as promised & more!! They even warn you of any major security breach anywhere that may effect you & what to do..as well as block robo calls, texts & malware..GREAT APP! VERY HAPPY!!! Wendy Bays
5 ★The speed is Great! Customers would like to control how you use our wireless modems data. I would like to see how just GB's rise hugely when none of my devices are drawing data at the time? Are you doing a sidewalk share of my data? Be honest, if so that is BS.
1 ★Going to cancel my subscription.It has a few interesting things.The company does not seem to be able to make a VPN that has the features and reliability of a payed app. At first you could not disable even temporarily now it is not on while using a secure network.HINT the idea is a encryption that keeps everyone from viewing data regardless of network.And you you have control over meaning you can disable.There should be advantages to using a payed app besides a few crumbs such as email monitor

1 ★Can't Uninstall, can't get it to progress past the blue circle to "continue" , last update causes most of my apps to stop working or crash.. I have the Note 20 5G ultra and everything is crashing and AT&T support doesn't know or won't help.
