1 ★I am not saying about the app but the whole airtel is suck. When ever the expiry date of my pack is near the internet speed is going very slow like it is E(2g). I have purchased my data pack of 12 gb and 3 gb of the pack is still there but internet speed like i have no data . Now a days AIRTEL IS BECOMING VERY GREEDY NOT PROVIDING PROPER SERVICE AT ALL . WHEN EVER MY PACK IS ABOUT TO END THEY CALL ME BEFORE 3 DAYS OF EXPIRING. VERY BAD SERVICE 👎
2 ★The app is decent. Useful to keep track of how much data is left. But the airtel upi is a scam. It said 100 rs cashback on top up using that. But I didn't receive any cashback after payment. This shows that they are making false claims to lure customers. Beware!
1 ★What kind of weird application is this. We have to spend hours to find out the specific option. This app is not user friendly. To raise one complaint we have to spend hours they won't accept issues directly we have to go through multiple steps.No one cares after issue logged. It will be auto closed. To download bill we have to spend hours . Sometime the required page won't load . Unnecessary they made this app complex. More over Airtel service is pathetic now a days.
1 ★Getting Pathetic, unstable,non reliable internet speed , complained but nothing happened except taking complaint. This is the reality of Zero complaint campaign. Neither home nor office, indoor or outdoor,early morning,noon , evening,late night ...not stable,not reliable internet speed. May be promoting 5G and downgrading 4G like shutdown of 3G. Unsatisfactory service, just better than BSNL since it's doesn't have 4G.
1 ★I am also very unhappy with Airtel, my internet is so slow that sometimes I feel as if I have gone back 15 years or am searching for the network. By the way, my 4G network works like 2G, or I have a postpaid connection, or I have to pay the bill on time, if not, then this connection is disconnected. Or complaint to me has to be made every 4 days, but still no one is heard, they just mean timely bill paid, 😡😡😡😡😡
1 ★I have airtel broadband connection and I paid the internet bill on 4th Jan24. Its bill is not yet generated. May I know why you are not sharing the bill immediately after payment or in advance? Is it such a critical problem to you as an internet service provider? or you take payments when you generate bills. I have also checked the late payment charges option somewhere, now already you are not generating bills on time and threatening customers with late payment charges.
1 ★See my problem is simple. Its not the network speed but the network itself. Each day, as soon as I check my phone the first thing I see is that stupid" 100% data used" message even if I turned my mobile data off before sleeping the other night. Now I did try to file a complaint on this app but to no avail as the chatbot only advised me to recharge or topup. My entire plan of ₹155 was wasted. Its not about the money but about the trash customer care.
1 ★Really the fastest connection in india is airtel, as to post this comment in play store I have to wait for a minute in play store to search for this app , so you can understand come fast this our airtel speed is, earlier they use an advertisement where a lady challenge to come to any place in India were they will challenge their speed with any other connection, I think that add has to come back as we have many option in social media to show how terrible these connection is .
1 ★My plan includes wynk premium membership but in wynk app, plan keeps changing from premium to basic and getting advertisements. Chat bot is usless. VIP service LOL Update: last night it's switched back to premium but all download songs are lost.
4 ★Good 👍 Airtel Thank app provides a user-friendly interface for managing Airtel services and rewards. Its seamless navigation and quick access to account details make it convenient. However, occasional glitches in the reward redemption process can be improved for a smoother user experience.
1 ★The app is not so good I have airtel broadband connection and not able to manage and check the data usage for the month. Previously there was separate app that was cool where we were able to manage everything without hassle. I tried connecting with Costumer service but failed so good response from them. I don't know how to check now.
2 ★Network is ok. Even if network bar is showing full, there are internet & network issues. I ported from Vi, where services were relatively good. In the app, No real customer care person is available but inefficient automated chatbot. Major drawback in app display is it doesn't show remaining sms. It's also ambiguous to navigate through & utilise the available internet Vouchers. Overall experience is moderate neither great nor worse, so far. I'll update regularly based on the experience.
