Smart Roamer is a roaming service that allows you to call, text, or send E-mails around the world at affordable rates. Call the Philippines for as low as P10/min and text or e-mail at P5/message when you travel abroad. You can download Smart Roamer dialer in Google Play Store for Android.Just follow these simple steps to start using Smart Roamer:
1. Set up account in Smart Roamer dialer by providing your Mobile Number and Username.
2. Buy Smart Roamer card available in Smart booth in International airports or in selected Smart stores nationwide.
3. While in the Philippines, turn ROAM ON.
4. When abroad, turn CELLULAR DATA ON in the phone settings.
5. Load Smart Roamer card via USSD *133#.
6. Make outgoing voice and SMS service through the dialer.
How do I load my Smart Roamer card?
1. Lightly scratch off the protective ink to reveal the PIN.
2. Dial *133# and select LOAD then SMART ROAMER LOADING.
3. Enter 14-digit PIN (example: 12345678901234).
4. A flash message and SMS will confirm if your load transaction is valid.

1 ★At first it's smooth... i can convert my load and register to a 300txt/30 days promo in the bucket list... but suddenly this month of Feb i experienced unloading bucket list... can't register to the said promo.. all kinds of stuff i did to make it work and finally i decided to uninstall this app.. yes i can still enjoy the 5php/txt but the thing is... i am practical... i rather have 1php/txt than the 5php... do something about this if you want a good feedback... how can your customer enjoy the promo in the said app if bucket list is not working...
1 ★Pls explain the difference between your rates at this application when you use to call or txt from and from the advertisement you send via sms to your subscriber. I hope you did not developed this app to legaly scam ofw users or u may end up with a mess with the new government administration.
1 ★you need to connect from a wifi to call in the philippines if the person you are calling has no wifi this crap cannot connect. meaning your data deducts at the same time your load from smart roamer deducts and you need to have a balance in your roaming so that you can call. you spend 3x compared to other calling apps. niloloko nu ang mga subscribers.
1 ★I transfered already my regular load to smart roamer load via *133#. But when i need to go to buckets in your app its always teeling me that i need an internet connection. I already turned on my data and data roaming. I have already a H+ signal. But accessing the buckets do i need wifi?
