1 ★The developer should realize how tiring to set up date of birth. Especially when you're old you have to scroll month to month. No manual set up.

4 ★I love the Uniqlo App PH. Have made multiple purchases with this app already and encoutered no problem at all. Also, it's user-friendly. The only downside about this for me is that I can't make reviews on the items i purchased. When I click the 'Submit Review' it displays some error (I can no longer recall). But it allows me to get the pieces I like at the comfort of my home so I cannot complain that much. Keep it up Uniqlo PH.

1 ★The app used to be great. Nowadays, I can't even use it because it wouldn't let me log-in or the app would just crash entirely.

2 ★Updated the app as required since they are launching their online store, I was pretty excited to try it just to find out that I cannot log in on the app itself The app is pretty much useless. Aside from the points you can get when you purchase in-store, it is nothing but an ad. They can't even tell which stores carries a specific dress/shirt - you still need to call. You can't do reservation or pay for a product beforehand and just pick it up in store later. Really needs a lot of improvements.

1 ★Everytime I try to log in it says "Cannot find a product" or "Cannot obtain your email address" and just won't load.

1 ★My first attempt in purchasing through this app failed but my bank account was charged. Then, the same day, I attempted again to ourchase using another bank account and it was success. Then, I asked for refund about the failed attempt (1st attempt) and they said that it was successful that's why it was deducted in my account. WOW! If it was successful, where's my ordered items? May God bless your souls! If this is how you make profit, good job!

2 ★Shows a good comprehensive catalogue of what's in store, and what's on sale - just like the website. Does not show which branches items are available. Fails to load Scan to Win, and when it does, it wouldn't load the results after you shake the dice. Worse, it counts the chance as already taken - leaving me with 0 chances, again. This has happened to more than 3 of my chances. Yikes.

1 ★Bought a product in store, though app is not working uggh Update: Still unable to login to the app reset my password many times, uggh I hate ur app but love the products

4 ★I have to agree with some reviews, it does look a bit haphazard. But it serves its purpose. For the oldies who're complaining that they've had to swipe all the way through the months of 2019 to the 70s or 80s to register their birthdate, it's not obvious, but if you press the year, a pop-up will appear with the option to go to a specific year without going through all that. 🤦

1 ★Recommend to NOT download. App is messy, cluttered, clunky, hard to navigate, and slow to respond. Too much information about new products but not streamlined enough so I can easily navigate to ones I want to see. Would suggest hiring a UX research and dev team on this. Barely use the app unless for scanning to play the dice game, which is now missing from the app pages (not sure where you can go to access it).

3 ★The app is good and updated with all the promotions you'll find in their stores. However, their dice games doesn't make sense at all - it will not ever let you win. With more than 20 tries, either 11, 14 or 21 keeps on showing. Just please remove the dice game and make more fun games that it's okay if we won't win as long as its enjoyable to play or let us win.

1 ★Impressively difficult birthday input, it doesn't perform the "remember me" function, impossible to log in again, yet you flood me with emails, and I wouldn't have downloaded it if it were upon the advise of in store uniqlo staff. I recommend that if you encourage users to download this app, keep it very simple but effective, just like your design philosophy. Starbucks app is a great example.
