1 ★Absolute nightmare to use for the following seasons: 1. Doesn't load enough results at a time, you have to constantly tap to load more before scrolling. 2. Seems to randomly forget applied filters. 3. Doesn't remember where you left off if you were shopping from a particular list of items (e.g. Sale section). If you're further down the list and carted something you liked - which requires you to leave the results page - you have to go back to the results and then start all over. Because of what I mentioned in the first point above, it's doubly annoying. 4. There's a floating +/- bar on the bottom right of the screen that seems to appear every time a page is loaded. It stays there for a few seconds, and happens to block the "Apply Filter" and "Add to Cart" buttons. Awful design. 5. The filters don't account for stock. Why bother allowing filtering by size when it's not available for purchase? Very little thought was put into this app, and it's glaringly obvious. Either allow customers to order from your website (Canadian here, not sure how it is elsewhere), or redesign the app entirely.
1 ★Terrible app. Uninstalled immediately. Requests an absurd number of permissions. Navigation is terrible: if you want to go back from looking at a product, it takes you back to the (website) landing page. So frustrating. Forces you to select a colour even if there is only on choice. Constantly crashes when you try to check out so you have to start all over.
1 ★I've tried many times to register. But I can't get in. Poor service. I just waste my time.
1 ★Awful app. Cannot check out/ see shopping cart in app or mobile web. Error message said temporarily.... No it was not. Issues persisted for a month with absolutely no resolution from Uniqlo customer service. They did not give any time frame as to when this so called technical difficulties will be fixed. Even with this updated version nothing was fixed. Junk.
2 ★The app needs a serious update, the login is overly complicated. The UI is not ergonomic or functional nor responsive : it doesn't remember where you were after selecting an item, the magnifying glass is on top of checkout bouton or any button, the back button is confuse where to go back. Its impossible to write the full shipping address street since there's a limit of number characters. On top of that the customer service doesn't respond at all
1 ★The app runs awfully. You can't access your cart effectively as they put zoom buttons on top of it. Half their catalogue is missing and you have no way of ordering beyond the app (??) so even if you wanted to give them money, you couldn't. It's a disappointment and complete waste of time. Why remove online ordering to force an app download?
2 ★I appreciate the app making it more accessible to shop online however the app is very glitchy. It doesn't remember your login no matter how many times you select 'remember me' and it's difficult to navigate the app fluidly. If you leave a review, to go back to shopping, you have to go back through all the pages you want through to go back to the home page. This app could definitely use some work to be more user friendly. Also, there are never any coupons available.
1 ★Constant errors while loading pages. Bad interface... The fact u even have to use an app instead of simply using THE BROWSER..
2 ★TL;DR: very confusing and non-intuitive layout. It could be more simple and most SKUs are badly arranged. I could not find all the products on the application. This may be caused by problems related to organization or simply — not including the item by accident. The sales are definitely lacking, especially for their men's collection. Overall, making simple UI arrangements more complicated than it has to be. The in-store UNIQLO membership offers zero coupons or benefits. Super disappointing.
1 ★Useless app, set you to the main page everytime you try to go back on category. It's not user friendly either.
1 ★Really annoying to use when you hit the back button it takes you back to the main page not the previous page.
1 ★Too many forced notifications and forgets account If it can reduce the amount if notifications thru the app, that would be great. I would get daily push notifications and its really annoying. The notification would automatically open the app. I have had to re-enter my account and password many times even though the app is supposed to save it. Every time its updated, i have to login again, and the app wont remember the login and password. App uninstalled.
