3 ★PAL kindly fix your app. Cant make any bookings as of this moment. My travel date is near approaching and i dont have any tickets. Please fix it now. I dont like making any bookings at your website because you cannot choose a desired seats and food, they give you default and please do something about payment currecy option. Can you please have a PHP option. Thanks
1 ★The app is always not responding, cannot even log in. Tried so many times to re-install but still the same. There are a few times I was able to log in but most of the times, I could not. Have experienced 3x I cannot check in via app, I had to go manual check in at the airport. I hope you push for improving your app. Thanks.

3 ★I have the updated version of the app and found out that you cannot change the seat assignment. It keeps reverting to the automatically assigned seat even if the new seat you selected is available, Also, I suggest if the app can do the following: 1. Have Philippines as the first option when selecting a country {e.g. Selecting country code for mobile number). Most of the users of the app would be Filipinos. 2. Be able to save profile especially Mabuhay Miles number.
1 ★Awful checking in process. Selecting my date of birth I have to scroll through EVERY month from present date for 40+ years and when I choose my date of birth, it does not even have an OK button or anything to confirm so basically can't be done. Gave up and used PAL website which is only slightly better and hasn't emailed my boarding pass for almost 10 mins. It's more fun in the Philippines if you can check in to fly there! ;-)
1 ★this app is useless when you are trying to do online check-in. when you try to put your date of birth it does not have an "ok"button or whatever that signifies that you are done choosing. Then when you click somewhere else the date you chose still wouldn't show. such a waste of memory space in my mobile phone
1 ★Super crude app!!! Super slow!!!! Unusable at all!!! Downloaded this app even when the reviews are mostly negative. I should have listened and not wasted my time with this app!!!
2 ★Everytime I try to book using the app, I can't. After I give my details, I click on Continue Booking and it doesn't move any more! No matter I restart my phone or log out log in, it just won't move anymore! It really pisses me off and my blood pressure literally shoots up! Why the hell won't it move?!?!?!
1 ★Dumb app. 1) Can't book a flight, the most basic and important of tasks. 2) Have to know airport symbol on some airports... can't search for it. 3) Terms and conditions are 28 pages and unreadable. 4) Frequent "technical issues" messages that refer you to their clunky website. I'm sure many more defects.
1 ★Worst app ever!!!! Not even 1 star! Used my debit card to purchase but it says unsuccessful and try again using another card. Then I used a credit card and still says try again using another card so I restarted/reopening the app to refresh it. In my 3rd try, I successfully booked my flight but guess what?!? After 30min I received several confirmation bookings!!!!!!!! What the hell????!!!!! If I didn't call and asked why, I wouldn't know that I was charged 3x and had 3 tickets roundstrip with the same flight details!!! Very smart and intelligent mobile app ever!!!! You don't deserve even 1 star! Can't even find previous bookings made and future booked flights is our account! So you want us to search our bookings high and low specially for those booked like 10 months ahead of time?!? Com'on!!! Bring back that feature!!!!!
3 ★Found a bug. Once you're logged in with your mabuhay miles ID, you can't book for someone else. It won't proceed after you input passenger details, "recheck the filled-in details" error occurs. You can only book for yourself under your name that match with mabuhay miles being logged in. You have to uninstall first then install the app again (or if there's a way to logout, i think it will work too). If you don't login your mabuhay miles, you can already book for someone else. Please fix this bug!
1 ★Do not use this app when booking tickets, its safer to book via their website or call PAL customer support as soon as you get errors when booking here. When I booked my flight the payment failed 2 times and was asking me to use another creditcard, to my surprise the 2 bookings went through successfully with PAL the following day and they wont fully refund you if the destination and flight date are thesame but different time even thou its their mobile apps fault. Maximizing profits I guess.
