1 ★The new app teribble, unlike the old, most Purchase History not accesible, and during posting Review page unable to choose "Purchase Size" . Also noticably slower esp loading those Special Collaboration Videos. There is no Category, and finding 1 item, have to go through layers and layers of menu, pls bring back the old app OMG. I gave up on the new app. And all my purchased history GONE. Need to click to see the product features. Totally confusing app. And always default back to "women"

1 ★Doesn't remember log in info, and therefore lost my latest purchase history. Absolute garbage, you should fire your development team for pushing such garbage when the older version works fine. This "new" version of the app is garbage and absolute dumpster fire. After months of pushing the update and all the bug has not been addressed.

1 ★With the new update, it somehow doesn't recognise my pwd and I've to keep on creating new password every time when I want to access the app. Very inconvenient and waste of time. It's also slower. Pls look into this, thank you.

1 ★Even the updated app is no where near good. As slow as the previous one. I tried to login to my account with the new app, but couldn't do it since I've started trying a month ago. Apparently my account is missing or something... everything in my cart is lost. So I tried creating a new account. The app loads slowly, everything I click into something, I'll have to wait for the app to load for awhile (not Internet problem). The design of the app doesn't make it easy for user as well...

1 ★Keeps on crashing. Always cannot find email and can't detect my log in process. End up I have to log in using Web instead.

1 ★After I'd updated the app, I can't log in to my account in the app anymore! And whenever I want to add an item into the cart. Everytime when I want to login or add an item to the cart, a message showing "Cannot find a product" will appear at the bottom! So the app is only meant for browsing the products?! What's the point?!

4 ★It's such a nice change to the mobile website. I find that a little frustrating to navigate at times. The new app is easy on the eye, interactive and has a nice experience. Five stars if I can choose the "Purchased Size" within my Purchase History's review form.

1 ★Previously I gave it 4 star but the latest version irked me so much I'm downgrading to 1 star simply because I rely a lot on my history for making decision on sizes. Thank you for erasing it and I won't be able to repeat my orders anymore!
