2 ★App loads very slow. I haven't shopped much Uniqlo because of this. They would get more of my money if I could actually view their products without having to wait for everything to load at dial up speeds. Also the app bounces around so when I try to click on something, the screen bounces and I'm directed to a page I didn't want. So I will have to hit back and then wait for the page to load again.
1 ★The app is HORRIBLE. It's frustratingly slow, and it requires you to log in EVERY TIME. It's almost as if the app itself uses a browser within a browser. You might be logged into your account in the app itself, but when you go into the shopping catalogue you have to log in AGAIN because there's no communication between parts of the app.
1 ★App constantly crashes or reloads taking you back to the front screen when you are trying to scroll through a collection.
1 ★Worst shopping app I have ever used. I'm in a constant loop of signing in, clicking away, only to be asked to sign in again.
2 ★I love shopping Uniqlo but this app honestly needs a lot of work. The browsing at least has gotten a bit faster and loads but I constantly have to keep logging in just to add things to my cart. The interface is practically copy and paste from their mobile site. I usually end up just using my pc to purchase from their website.
2 ★The shopping experience is just terrible. Mobile is better than online, but I find I have to continually reenter my login details. On more than one occasion I've spent hours shopping and lost what was in my cart. There's a huge lag when you move from previewing search to checking out a style - and you have to use your browser back button and wait through the lag again to reload the current page (using the app navigation resets your search page, so you have to browse from the top - frustrating!)
3 ★It ok but there technical problem so it hard to find what you are looking for ,it go out section you section in it awkward but I still manage to order what I looking for ,but hard browse to with the technical problems.
1 ★Terrible app that is somehow worse than the website. Very laggy and my cart takes forever to load. If I want to change something in my cart then it freezes. I would order from uniqlo all the time if either the website or the app worked. Because neither do I will just stick with the gap and amazon.
4 ★Love Uniqlo. Love being able to order from my couch. Love the in store app discounts and getting free stuff! Couple challenges, the app often loads pictures very slowly and when going back a page it often takes you to the top of the list only to reload all the pictures slowly. This has stopped me from purchasing anything.
1 ★I like shop Uniqlo, clothes are good quality. But the app itself is so dum, totally garbage! It is so slow loading, and it can never rebember the item you added to cart! Even Google ads remembered what i browsed before, but uniqlo doesn't, even if you added it to cart, once you go out of the app, and next time you come back, " you shopping cart is empty". Come on, Uniqlo, make some investment on your app development, it can help your business!
1 ★This app is kind of annoying. I only use it because you get discounts for using it. It opens new tabs and it's hard to tell where you are at. I have managed to have two carts going at once and lose my current order in the cart as well.
3 ★I really like uniqlo but this app isn't too good. Always having to re sign in. Difficult to navigate since there's like a main menu then you click on what you're looking for it brings you to a pop up that will go away completely if you use the back arrow on your phone instead of the app. Not unusable but you're better off using the website.
