2 ★Updated version is terrible, buyers cannot click the buy button anymore. Forcing us to pay via carousel only. And if u accidentally marked item as sold, you cannot undo it. Don't know why they have to do that
1 ★Love the app, hate the changes. First yall introduced a quota on number of listings, now a quota on replies? Whats next? A quota on how many times i can open the app perhaps? 30-20 replies per month is absolutely insane and you guys need to either increase that substantially or get rid of it entirely.
2 ★The app was good till just now I updated it. The new UI for viewing listings and editing ur own listings are horrible and annoying for me. Why u had to seperate them and go into new screen to just state the price and stuff? Why I had to specifically press on the details button and shipping options button and make another small screen pop up? It's more convenient to just scroll down. why I can't look at the like list? Just change them back. Other than that, wonderful experience(before the update)
2 ★This app is really really slow. I almost couldn't log in. I can't tell which messages are still unread. Please improve the formatting and design. Everyone is slacking on this nowadays.
1 ★1. The app freezes every here and then. 2. Every time I set a filter to browse for items, when I click on any item to read the details, it will go back to the top of the previous page. 3. After using the app for a while, it stops responding. 4. I cleared the cache, sometimes even the data but nothing changes. I re-installed, nothing changes too.
1 ★I can't message the seller or can't buy anything because the only feature is to heart react an item I cannot chat to the seller or offer a price . What happened?I can't chat, make an offer , or buy anything please fix it it as soon as possible. Can you make a tutorial on how to use your app? Your app only display products you can't buy it is very frustrating. This app is useless
1 ★Used to be great until the recent update. Had to edit all my listings to enable the buy button. AND after the update, all my listings went from 1k-200 views, down to 10-0 views every day. Nothing has been changed, buy button has been enabled, yet buyers are less likely than ever to see my listings. Very disappointing update to the app and overall experience, I will have to find an alternative platform to sell my used books now.
1 ★I did not receive my product. (Seller did not send). Nor did carousell returned my money back yet (their time frame already expired). The product i was intend to buy was under buyer protection. Nevertheless the customer support team could not give me a solution yet. I would be happy to rate carosell and their customer support something lower then this.
2 ★Hello, i would like to express a concern regarding the problem which i am currently facing with this app. The chat and buy icons at the bottom are not appearing for me so i am unable to make a purchase or reach out to that particular seller in mind. I hope that you could resolve this issue since it is or great inconvenience with my current purchase and my future purchases to come. For now i am giving this app only a 2 star rating due to the issue i am currently facing.
1 ★Used to be great. Getting more and more bugs. New feature to attempt to drive users to pay is pitiful. Not everything is about making money, Carousell.
1 ★Very lousy apps. Now they add a monthly reply quota amount, but you can never find the start date and end date of the monthly quota in your apps. Very lousy apps and worst apps in the world
4 ★Good all-rounder e-market for buying and selling both 1st and 2nd hand products. Search engine is myriad times better than of mudah.my and scammers are less here too. One minor complaint, can reports on wrong category hastened? Also remove those annoying installment plans from price list as it's misleading. TIA
