1 ★Worst app ever, in the shopping cart doesnt show which product ist out of stock and doesnt let to proceed the shopping. Or in search also all stuff is available to buy but in a shopping chart shows out of stock. You need to work on your app!
2 ★Items go out of stock as you check out which hinders your ability to create a cart and shop. Does not allow for enough space for all the credit card numbers so I was unable to check out after removing half the items I wanted. Will not recommend
2 ★This thing is not super user friendly. It crashes sometimes and deleted all of the items from my cart. Payment doesn't always go smoothly either. It's also hard to find the items I am looking for, even when I know they should be there. If you want matching bedding, for example, you cannot view the cushion covers and the duvet cover all at once. They're sorted into different categories. Anyway, it's difficult enough that I only use it when desperate. Also doesn't tempt me since returns are not free shipping.
2 ★Impossible to place an order. The app doesn't accept the billing address. Shame, though...the app is really beautiful.
2 ★Poor performance. Navigating went OK, but the payment process is a nightmare. Gives errors or code ' forbidden' (??). Klarna doesn' t work, you press the back button, then your basket is cleared, or so it seems. Put in the same order, pay by Ideal. No confirmation, but payment has gone through in my banking app. After half an hour a notification comes up, and it appears I have now ordered the same items three times. Sort it out Inditex, you're sure to lose sales in this way!
1 ★The awful payment process has not been fixed for over a year now. IDeal payments don't get processed, the app gets frozen and never sees your order after paying threatening to cancel it all together, even when you do it via allegedly friendly non-mobile-bank-app way, same with credit card. I don't recommend this horrible and glitchy app that has not been making any progress, seems to be completely forsaken by developers or they have no idea what they are doing, just go to the shop or website.
1 ★Only shows prices in Euros despite repeatedly ensuring region was set to Australia. Forces you to choose categories and subcategories with no 'see all' option available. Particularly ridiculous under 'Sale' where you have to dig down through drop down menus only to select a category that has no products available in it. Images containing several items listed as something vague like 'pot', and the same three items are pictured in the next listing with a different price point and name. Deleted.
2 ★Very unintuitive UX. Can't go to the item page from the shopping cart. Need to magically find out that you need to swipe an item in order to delete it. I chose buy later and it worked as delete, because I couldn't find a list with the items postponed anywhere... a very big question to the developers. A shame for such huge brand!
1 ★It's horrible. Never buy online anymore. I live in Italy, bought some stuffs online when I want to return back one of my purchase, I must send it to Spain with my own expense, and the cost to send it by post is 3x more cost than my purchase. No more. Very disappointed. Not recommended.
1 ★Got kicked out off the app twice. Basket emptied magically. Loading takes ages. Good products but if you need to spend an hour on what should be a quick shop it becomes ridiculous. You should really really improve the user experience. Unless you don't want the money..
3 ★No description of the items i.e. often size in inches and material items are made of is not available; only one picture is provided of shoes which is insufficient; pajamas are called shirts and pants; plus no info on shipping until check out. Was not able to put my postal code in the correct sequence i.e. at the end of my address as address info is a lock-step process.
2 ★The app did not approve the shipping address that we gave, it is a correct address in Spain. It just kept on saying that we had not filled in all the lines needed, even if we had done it. So in the end we had to choose to pick it up in a shop to be able to buy it.
