1 ★This app is very poor when it comes to customer support and plan management. 1. Sometimes milk is not delivered, but the app shows it as delivered. I cannot connect to support, because they are either busy or do not pick up the call. There is no email, or chat feature. It means money is lost for that particular dates when app shows milk as delivered including in the billing. 2. Why doesn't the app show a notification in notification bar showing the next scheduled deliveries?

1 ★Customer service plays important role in any online service, apparently doodvale fails to provide a good customer service. There are much better apps for milk delivery service available in Play Store with better customer service. If you like to discontinue with the app and got some amount left in your wallet which would be a refund for any issues from their end . They will consider it as a waive off but not refund and you will be forced to use the amount even if you like to discontinue.
1 ★issues with this app.. 1. can't change default notification sound. 2. after turning notifications off for this app using android notification feature, the notifications are not displayed but the app still makes sound each time a notification comes. this is irritating because notifications come any time, even at midnights/early mornings, and there is no method in the app to stop the notification sounds. please look into it. Update. even after 4 months, the issue has not been fixed.
