1 ★Third class and unprofessional service. Faulty product received and no one is answering. Customer care support is not available. Very pathetic. P.S. Mita that was the first thing I did. I have several tickets created. I have emailed the details with video proof also. No response.

1 ★Probably the worst experience I had while shopping. Bought three items. They were supposed to be delivered. Apparently they update phone numbers by themselves by making phone numbers up. Couldn't receive the delivery because Couldn't receiver the OTP. Called the incompetent customer care multiple times without a solution, asking them not to cancel the order and instead deliver the product. But after assuring me it won't be cancelled, they went ahead and cancelled. Deleting app and account now.
