1 ★Worst experience. Lucrative ads and offers just on face, in actual, they give only 3-4% discount on payment through this app, and in addition, they add service charges extra. Pathetic worst app.
5 ★Started using this week only & found it very convenient to book the table & pay the final discounted bill. Just seconds only. The convenience fee is however an irritant.
4 ★The experience is often based on the restaurant. My experience was good. I asked the restaurant to give eazy diners discount and they complied. I went to Seventh Sense, which is part of a five start hotel. Nice ambiance, good food and service was also good. The only thing was that salad was served after lunch. But we got it packed, hence four stars instead of five. Will try again. I did not get into any extra discount bit, so can not comment. Additionally, restaurant had enough seats so no wait.
1 ★SWIGGY DINEOUT offers are far far more lucrative. They have almost no minimum bill requirements and most offers are independent of credit cards. Worst part us EASY DINER app is deliberately misleading. It's basically a scam where they advertise offers while conveniently hiding most important conditions as in which credit card is applicable and what is minimum bill amount.
1 ★Login mandatory asks for Date of Birth which is a breach of Data privacy rules. App although allowing to proceed further, user does not receive OTP without entering Date of birth and anniversary. Data encryption policy is also not clearly specifically. Hence rated one star.
1 ★Doesn't deserve single star also. I booked a restaurant through this app. At the time of bill payment the app just wouldn't load. Inspite of strong network and internet. The help chat and calls were not answered.Uninstalling this useless app
1 ★It's been quite a Horrible & Embarrassing Experience. When on google I got an option to reserve a table through the this app. Which promised me a 10% discount on the bill by the restaurant and 25% by them.. When I made a bill of 3k, and tried to avail the offer of the correct offer, the Customer Care tells me that the restaurant didn't approve of that particular offer, but nothing of such showed on the app earlier while booking the table,so hence I can't avail it. THIS APP IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM.
3 ★Decent app but not as reliable as zomato. First of all most the the 40% offers they claim are card offers, overall pretty misleading. Secondly many restaurants the discount is from the restaurant side which the restaurants just don't honour. Keep the discount directly while paying through the app and not to deal with the restaurants to add it to the bill.
1 ★Application's offers are very much misleading, I have purchased a coupon and there is no terms and conditions to pay later at restaurant... Whether purchasing a coupon I haven't get discount as well as it was same price like restaurant menu... So what is the use of this application or buying discount coupons when I'm not getting any advantage.
1 ★It is a very useful and the best app for in-person dining. Great discounts and savings all around. I wish the restaurants would be better aware and more cooperative of the offers and customers. Edited - Recently, had a string of bad experiences with restaurants not honouring discounts, payment failures in the app and no response for card application. Pathetic customer service.
4 ★Based on my experience, Really worth for money, I surprised my 2nd visit through this app and Payment offer applied exactly. Thanks to support team, customer support unbelievable! answering all the calls without any delay. Nice.
1 ★Phathetic app they provide false information on pricing i end up paying full bill amount. In app they have shown 40% discount i paid full amount in app before visiting restaurant then i paid whole amount again in restaurant, i dont recommand anyone to use this app i give negative rating
