1 ★I ordered for gilma pulse oximeter. Got and it was not working. Spoke to support ms Saida. She said it was defective piece Bcos you had only one piece. I told her to initiate refund as she said she can't tell when fresh stocks would come. She also said the amount will be in the wallet and can be adjusted for future purchases. When you do not have stock, how can you ask us to adjust the amount for future purchases?. If you do not refund then how will we buy from outside?
