1 ★I've never once had a seamless payment experience using the app or the website. It fails and then I have to wait 30 minutes to pay again. On top of it, it takes wallet balance automatically even if the payment fails and then you cannot even apply any voucher as according to them partial payments are supported. Such a terrible website, app and service. All the tata brands have been going downhill. Especially bigbasket and 1mg. Sad to see.
1 ★I would like to say that big basket is a big fraud in app and offers. There's so much difference in what it advertises in newspapers or elsewhere and in its app when ordering the same product.... So this thing should immediately be changed, as it is just dooming and bluffing people out here. Writing different prices in offers posters and then not getting it on the time of ordering on the application.
5 ★Fast delivery, delivery persons are very polite and good. Very time they are on time perfectly. Price is also lower than others. I have been using it since 2years. It would be wonderful if it is available in order cities also. 💕. Sometimes they charge delivery fee sometimes not, even though they are giving products for a good price.
1 ★No items on store (bbnow) Ever since their last huge sale (I think in sep or oct), there has been instances of bbnow having no items available. Whether you click on any category or search for an item, no item comes up. Even past orders aren't showing. Definitely feels like a bug. Can't believe they haven't fixed this yet
1 ★Ordered the item's and I was assured that they will deliver my products in 1 day. Next day received a call that they are on the way and asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Even after 1 hour I didn't receive any call, so I called them and they informed that some item's were missing and it will be delivered next day. Same thing happened for 4 days and at the end of the day I was receiving messages that the order was not delivered as I'm not available and it isn't true. Customer service is pathetic
1 ★I am unable to purchase my grocery items as of now from the app, regardless of all cache clearance and updates, app is not working...... either the item is sold out or unavailable when I tried adding to the cart 😔. This is really disappointing as I was very much reliable to this app for my grocery shopping
1 ★Ordered 3 times ever since I installed the app, in which once wrong product was delivered and in another order expired product was delivered. I don't understand how can they be so careless. Above all this when I contact customer service to raise complaints they repeat the same thing. Utterly frustrated using the app.

1 ★Hi, big basket experience is good. Recently in bbnow, when we want to add money in wallet, the app keeps buffering. Due to this I am not able to use my pluxee card amount. Kindly address this issue, it delays payment.
2 ★They use to give two options earlier, one with paid delivery and one with free delivery with delay. Now, it's only paid delivery option. I'm not happy with how the delivery options have changed.
3 ★Since, 2 days I am trying to add a chocolate box to my cart. Whenever I add and click checkout, error pops up mentioning product not available. When i click on 'notify me', i get another pop up mentioning that the product is available now. The same happens everytime i add the chocolate box to my cart. I had contacted customer service and they confirmed that the product is available and asked me to clear app cache, relogin, reinstall but nothing worked.
1 ★Utterly unreliable service. And they don't even provide the contact info of delivery person. There's no way to contact them and they will cancel the order for no reason and just update that the agent was not able to contact you. Stupid service and stupid app.
