It has spoilt us.✨️✨️ I do regular grocery on it and usually it is not a last minute app for me except when guests drop in suddenly. 😊 I think delivery charges should be less for ppl who can wait for 45 minutes for their stuff. 1 ★Every time they are having surge. Please order for items worth more than 500 everytime to avoid the surge charges. Even at night time these people are facing surge when the roads are empty. It's better to order from Swiggy or Zepto because they don't levy the surge charges for even an order worth of 100 or 200. Uninstalling forever unless they remove this surge charges once and forever.
1 ★Today I placed order for 3 items amounting to Rs. 99 which was qualigying for free delivery. When I received the consignment it was only 2 items. I checked the order and was astonished to find that my order was reflecting for only 2 items and Rs. 25 which I paid for 3rd item was shown as delivery charges. What a modus operandi to cheat the customer.
4 ★2024 - Deliveries are fast, on time so improving the rating to 4 star. There should also be minimum order value, after which delivery is free. This will improve Blinkit order quantities and order value. 2022 -This app was good before blinkit. Deliveries are late. Prices are high. They don't adhere to 10 min policy at all. Status is not properly updated on app.
1 ★No way to call customer care. Chat is also restricted to options given by blinkit only. We cannot type our problem. Only select the listed options. The item I ordered was organic garlic with high price. It was not at all organic and when I ordered for a replacement I got again the same item. There is no option to complaint for the replaced item. Very disappointed. They charge high delivery fees as compared to other delivery apps. Will try not to order from blinkit in future.
1 ★Not at all a good experience. First of all they take a lot of time to deliver products. Secondly, the moment they see a rise in demand, they charge "surge fee" which is Rs.30 per order. They also charge a "delivery fee" of Rs.16, even if your order is more than Rs.500. So basically I am paying Rs.46 extra for an order. Total scam. They are just looting money from customers. Also, you will not be able to reach any customer executive through their Support system. Only a stupid BOT replies.
1 ★I had ordered a product on December 11 which was broken. I pay on delivery. I returned the product and till date iam to get a refund. I have been in touch with the stores manager but no positive response .Please look into the issue and send the amount to me by way of cash. All details have been sent to the stores manager. It was a flexi duster.
1 ★Regular customer of blinkit here. It is the 2nd or 3rd time I'm experiencing this. If they are out of stock for a product, they change it with something else, even from the summary list. I complain and they cannot resolve it. Uninstalling BLINKIT.
1 ★The worst thing about blinkit is you don't get a return/replace option of the products received. So if you purchase a wrong item by mistake you need to bare the loss. I don't prefer it or recommend this to anyone unless you wish to waste your money. Go for BB daily, Big basket, Amazon or Flipkart rather. They are more user friendly.
2 ★Items chosen are marked as unavailable after placing the order with ofcourse refund of same. Sometimes that item might be the only reason an order was placed. Other items were add ons. And if that's not there, you should at the least refund delivery charges too. Cuz I could have used a different app and ordered the same. Now I have wasted my delivery charges on my add-ons.
3 ★I have had issues with my last 3 orders. Items are always missing. When the customer service agent contacts the store, they inform that all items have been delivered. Really disappointed. Think it's time to move to Zepto.
1 ★Don't place any order in blink it they will deliver item in condition they don't care about it.. I placed my 1st order it's totally disappointed if you want place any order there are many apps they can also deliver faster than blink it and their service is also best quick resolution..
