1 ★One of the worst apps ever. Payment is successful, but Netmeds have no clue of it. All you hear is "Request passed on to concerned team". Customer care representatives disconnecting chats without a proper answer. Will surely look for alternatives. Disgusting experience!!
2 ★Good App but strange behaviour by their Doctor. -- App experience is good but there Doctors do not know how to speak or interact with customers. Dr. Vidhya Bhusan was arrogant rude and behaving as if she is doing any huge favour on us. Please teach your doctors how to communicate and interact. Dr. Vidhya's interpersonal skills are beyond poor. Based on this giving 2 stars or else its more than that.

Whenever we want to talk with their customer care executive person, they will put our call on hold for few minutes, then it will automatically disconnected our call.
