1 ★The quality of products on the app is utter rubbish, we ordered a bed from pepperfry and its only been 2 months and the headboard is already coming out due to the breakage of the clamp that keeps the bed together at one corner. We requested for a replacement but all that we got in the name of customer service was an explanation about how even after a 3 year warranty on the product, they are nowhere responsible for its repair/ replacement. Pathetic quality products and after sale service.

1 ★Worse experience! I ordered on 15-May and order was expected to be delivered on 31-May. I mailed to customer service yesterday and got the reply that its on track and will be delivered on 31-May. Today as there was no change in status I called customer care and they told me that it cant be delivered till 7-Jun. When you guys cant deliver in lockdown then why are you taking orders and replying with automated responses on email?? And for the states in lockdown the order status is not correct

1 ★Not recommended at all. Dear all, I have purchased a bed from this app thinking that recognised app but it was a big mistake. Bed quality is worst than I assume.All the sides are clumsy and fragile. Bed is moving after pushing of 5yr kid. I asked for return after 1day of purchase but they refused by telling that it's not damaged or incorrect.quality is not their concern. I will highly recommend everyone pls don't buy anything from this app or website. Their return policy and services are worst.
1 ★I recently ordered a wall clock and carpet. Both the products are defected.. the wall clock doesn't work inspite of battery change . The carpet ls shape is defected.. it is skewed in shape from one end. When I tried to put the review on the app.. the Product rating keeps selecting 4 stars even though I am selecting 2 stars.. this is not the kind of service expected by a company like Pepperfry.. clearly Amazon is much better at replacements and handling of complaints.
1 ★Pathetic app with horrible customer service!!! Ordered a sunflower shaped mirror, already the scheduled delivery time was 15days from the order date. When the date passed and I didn't hear from them, I reached out to customer service (which is a tedious process) then I receive a mail that order has been cancelled and still till next 3 days app kept showing 'your order is on way'. After multiple calls they updated on app, but 7 days gone and I am yet to get my refund. Will never use it again!!!!!
