3 ★It takes to much time searching through multiple repetitions of the same shows and too many shows that the viewer has no interest in, to actually find something they like. You need to allow the viewer more control over their feed. Allow them to edit out, permanently, the shows they don't want to watch. There should be a better was to search the system for shows available to prime members, with all of the shows on it.
1 ★While watching a show, when one rewinds it by 10 seconds to hear the last dialogue, you're taken away to some Trailer of another movie/series. One just loses interest and the flow of the show you're watching. Don't know who in Amazon came up with such a stupid idea. It's the most irritating thing and I've almost stopped watching Prime Videos coz of that.
1 ★This app has steadily gotten worse. It randomly (very often) says there is a problem with the download when I try to continue watching a movie or show that I have downloaded and already started watching. Makes me not want to start anything on here because I know if I can't finish it in one shot I'll have to use data or wait till I have wifi. Please fix this
1 ★Trying to swipe left/right to view programs is so frustrating, more often than not the screen moves up/down instead. Only app that has such poor control. Video is very slow to load, especially when scrubbing through a video, again, only app that has this problem. Like other major video streaming services, it shows the same programs/films in multiple lists so it looks like there us more content than there actually is.
1 ★Since last week this app has suddenly stopped working. It shows black screen, no audio and the timer of the video keeps on playing, and then it also stops and there is no audio I tried to reinstall it several times, logged out and logged in several times, tried to clear cache.. Still the problem exists. I have an active prime subscription and this is really disappointing to face such an issue meanwhile. What is the issue, why can't I watch any of the videos in this app. Respond ASAP. Frustrated
5 ★ABSOLUTELY awesome app,at first I just downloaded it for an old show I used to watch called Grimm (which is an awesome show,check it out) but since then I've been watching all the comedy central roasts, funny af, also if you haven't yet,you NEED to watch invincible, absolutely awesome superhero show,but to put it bluntly, this app is f**king sweet 🤘.
1 ★I cancelled my membership 8 months ago because they were fraudulently charging my credit card several times a month for the membership fee that should only come once a month. Since cancelling they continue to charge my credit card with different amounts every few days and since I've contacted them about it directly multiple times....now they are charging my credit card every single day. I have proof on my credit card statement of this fraudulent illegal scam and so does my bank and my lawyer.
2 ★I feel like Amazon's video service is more about advertising other streaming service's. It's almost useless to have, but not quite. Cannot accurately filter by free with service vs. pay per view. If I wanted to pay for another streaming service I would. I don't need the service I am paying for telling me what else I can pay for. Lame and pointless.
4 ★I was an early adopter of Netflix but when the price bumped up twice I gave up on it. When I found Amazon Prime I was delighted to see they had a variety of new and old. As the years have progressed the selection has gotten better. I wish they would spend more on series.
3 ★The one that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that the app does not have its own brightness adjustment and its dependent on the device's brightness settings which is really a let down especially for people who has eye health conditions. By the time you exit the app, it will too bright so one needs to ajust the device's brightness settings to avoid going blind against its brightness. It is best that prime will have its own screen brightness settings. Developers need to be mindful of that.
2 ★This app, for the most part, works, not unless your having issues with the auto-play button? even though its enabled, Ive tried just about everything that i could think of, i even signed out of my prime video account, then I uninstalled and reinstalled the prime video app, and then i signed back into my prime video account, it didnt work, I have to now do it manually. Its no wonder that your only getting a 1 or 2 star rating.?
4 ★I loved it's design and the way of recommending it's stuff. I just have a minor issue about the inavailability of Hindi language in most of the movies/web series. I know some of them can't be translated in the desired language, but some of them can be. But still, I can do without it, but if this issue is settled, it is definitely a 5-star app 😄.
