2 ★Bought tickets to go ice skating in London, via the TimeOut website. When I got to the skate rink I opened the confirmation email expecting to find the tickets attached but instead I found I had to download this app just to access the tickets I had already paid for. Didn't ask for an app, don't need the app, gonna delete it now - unnecessary waste of time and mobile data!
5 ★I always use this app when I travel to find great things to do where ever I am visiting. I find it very handy to have all my bookings in the one place. Just recently I had a great City Buggy tour of Krakow. My guide was very knowledgeable took me what felt like all over the city. This tour was great value for money I would definitely recommend it.
5 ★I installed this app for a trip to Mexico and booked 2 activities through it. The app provides specific details on fees, timing, inclusions & exclusions for each activity, and price is given in local currency. Both activities went great and I was able to provide feedback on the app afterwards. I highly recommend.
1 ★App function/company is terrible It consistently gives wrong meeting points of tours, the communication feature is a link to your email and not an actual communication tool, and if you have an issue all they do is apologize tland tell you they cannot help and to email the your operator. Use Viator, another app or Google.
1 ★Their app/website is very confusing. I want to buy the ticket for Nicklodeon Universe in New Jersey. I accidentally purchased the tickets for Minnesota. (Because they are both in the big mall called "America"...Very easy to confuse them.)But they refuse to cancel my tickets even if I never use the tickets. They should highlight that the tickets are for MN, not NJ.
5 ★Great for booking tickets in your own language a f seeing what some of the local guides/ attractions are, I've used it in many countries where my language skills are poor, helps with getting into places with pre paid tickets to avoid things being super awkward 😂

5 ★What a handy and valuable tool while on vacation! Thank you for creating this! I've used it for several tours now in multiple countries, and the most offbeat ones have been the most enjoyable. Edit: 4 years later this is still my go-to app for teavel adventures.
1 ★Worst travel app. Purchased two tickets for airport transfers. They said they withdrawn and tickets when paid fir, although I paid for them when I ordered them. The tickets arrived saying "paid in full." I had to cancel to weeks before travel and their policy is no refund canceled 1 day or less before travel. I was told I works have my refund with in one week. After waiting over 2 weeks refund was approved today, then with in minutes of being told this they call me changing their mind. Awful.
1 ★GetYourGuide stands with scammers and does not want to refund for a blatantly obvious scam. In multiple places (5+ times) of the tour's description it was stated, that it will take us the place I really wanted to see. Apparently during the confirmation of the tour, tour's organisers added word "NEAR the place" in one of the many pages and because of missing one word, when it was stated totally opposite in many places, it is my fault for a horrible tour.
1 ★Pathetic experience. Please don't ruin your experience by trusting this app. Their app has many errors while booking. There is lot of misleading info. Customer service is pathetic. None of your concerns or queries will be resolved. Dates show full when you book but if you directly go to the place, you can easily book it. You go to a new place to enjoy your time with family and friends, but using this app would ruin it.
5 ★This app makes it so easy to find small and large tour groups that have trips during the day or in the evening. Reasonable prices and easy access to tickets purchased. There's also a liberal cancellation policy. Highly recommend
