《仪礼》，儒家十三经之一。是中国春秋战国时代的礼制汇编。共十七篇。内容记载周代的冠、婚、丧、祭、乡、射、朝、聘等各种礼仪，以记载士大夫的礼仪为主。秦之前篇目不详，汉初高堂生传仪礼。另有古文仪礼56篇，现已遗失。
《仪礼》记述有关冠、婚、丧、祭、乡、射、朝、聘等礼仪制度。
在宗教意识不甚发达的古代中国，中华民族的祭祀等原始宗教仪式并未象其他一些民族那样发展成为正式的宗教，而是很快转化为礼仪、制度形式来约束世道人心，共有一百多卷的《仪礼》便是一部详细的礼仪制度章程，告诉人们在何种场合下应该穿何种衣服、站或坐在哪个方向或位置、第一第二第三……每一步该如何如何去做等等。
据《仪礼》载，天子、诸侯、大夫、士日常所践行的礼有：士冠礼、士昏礼、士相见礼、乡饮酒礼、乡射礼、燕礼、大射礼、聘礼、公食大夫礼、觐礼、士丧礼、丧服、既夕礼等等。文字艰涩，内容枯燥，治史者对它望而生畏，而且是“三礼”中成书较早的一部。据考古材料及古文献所知，商、周统治者有名目繁多的典礼，其仪节日益繁缛复杂，非有专门职业训练并经常排练演习者，不能经办这些典礼。儒生掌握的可能创行于西周并在春秋以后更加通用的各种仪节单，经不断排练补充，整齐厘订，成为职业手册。他们要为天子、诸侯、士大夫举行各种不同的礼，因此保存的仪节单很多，曾有“礼仪三百，威仪三千”的记载。但传到汉代只剩了十七篇，包括冠、婚、丧祭、朝聘、射乡五项典礼仪节，由高堂生作为专供士大夫阶层施行的“士礼”传授，称作《礼经》，为“五经”之一。
那么，十七篇《仪礼》是不是一个残本？一种观点据此认为，十七篇《仪礼》是一部残缺不完之书。另一种观点正与此相反，认为十七篇《仪礼》并非一部完全的残本，而是一部完备的著作。清人邵懿辰《礼经通论》对此有很详细的论证。《礼记·昏义》说：“夫礼始于冠，本于昏，重于丧祭，尊于朝聘，和于射乡，此礼之大体也。观今本《仪礼》十七篇，《昏义》所说作为“礼之大体”的上述八项内容，皆完整无缺。另外，《礼记》中有很多篇是直接解释《仪礼》的。
汉宣帝时，以戴德、戴圣、庆普三家所传习的《礼经》立于学官，当时属今文经（见经今古文学）。不久在鲁境又出现《礼古经》，其除有十七篇外，多“逸礼”三十九篇，但未传下。今文经传至西汉末，有戴德、戴圣、刘向三个篇次不同的本子。汉末郑玄用刘向接尊卑吉凶次序编排之本作注，并记明今古文之异同。今只有此本传下。该书至晋代始称《仪礼》，当时门阀为宗法需要，特重其中详定血统亲疏的《丧服》诸篇，出现了不少有关著作。唐贾公彦撰《仪礼疏》十七卷，南宋时与郑注合刊为《仪礼注疏》。
北宋熙宁（1068～1077年）中一度废《仪礼》不为经，元祐（1086～1094年）间又恢复。历宋、元、明，续有不少研究著作。
清代研究者有十余家，以胡培翚《仪礼正义》为世所称。
1959年，甘肃省武威磨咀子6号墓中出土汉简480枚，包括《仪礼》简469枚，日忌杂占简11枚；同时，在第18号墓中出土“王杖十简”。其中，《仪礼》简为《仪礼》的版本、校勘提供了重要资料，由于简册保存完好，墨迹如新，对于复原古代简册制度提供了具体例证。1964年，文物出版社出版了甘肃省博物馆、中国科学院考古研究所整理的《武威汉简》，公布了这批简牍资料。
