About ScopeSpeaker APK
Table Of Contents
Description
Scopespeaker allows you to hear the chat messages of any Periscope stream, either your own as a broadcaster, or the streams of others as a viewer. This most recent version of the app provides real-time, on-the-fly language translations of the chat messages before saying them aloud, so you can understand what all of the viewers are saying. As a Periscope viewer, simply use its 'Share Broadcast' and 'Share To' menu options to tell ScopeSpeaker to say (and translate) the chat messages of the current stream aloud. ScopeSpeaker will run in the background while you're watching the Periscope stream.
As a Periscope broadcaster, enter your Periscope user name before broadcasting, and tap the 'Say..' button to start ScopeSpeaker listening for your broadcast to begin (it will retry every 30 seconds). Then put ScopeSpeaker in the background, and start your broadcast.
While ScopeSpeaker is running in the background, it is continuously listening to the chat messages of the Periscope stream, saying them aloud and translating them if necessary.
Any of the device-installed voices in the user's native language can be chosen for audio output, ScopeSpeaker can even be configured to switch voices between each spoken message. You can install additional voices with a variety of accents via the Android 'Language and Input' / 'Text to Speech' settings.
ScopeSpeaker has a 'Copy' feature, which allows you to copy the current chat messages to the Android clipboard, so they can ultimately be saved anywhere. The app also has a number of preferences and settings options that control its performance. See the help screen for details on what they control.
ScopeSpeaker can also be run in split-screen mode side-by-side with Periscope. Split screen mode allows ScopeSpeaker settings and preferences to be changed while broadcasting. Experience has shown that if you leave Periscope and go to another app while broadcasting, it shuts down the stream, but will keep the stream live if you keep Periscope on the screen in split-screen mode.
ScopeSpeaker can also be run on a separate device from the device running Periscope for the purpose of manipulating settings while broadcasting, should split-screen mode not be supported on your Android device.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
