1 ★Totally useless app. Installed it and tried to watch a show and it says that I've reached a limit on the number of devices. I go to manage devices and I see there only 2 devices that were registered many years ago. I don't know where those came from. Anyway, I can see 2 slots free. So what's the problem? I'm already logged in and trying to watch a show. Really fantastic app (not)!
1 ★spending half the time with the message cannot find sky q box yet its two feet away absolutely useless relentlessly freezing, buffering, channels disappearing of the tv guide and breaking down and before anybody says owt it ain't my tablet got a high end ASUS which doesn't give me any grief with any other apps I use. don't waste your time 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
2 ★Baffling.... For some reason my app can't find my Sky Q box, ever, but I could record shows. Now it can't find the box and refuses to send a record request, so the app is now just the TV times with a different background.
1 ★The most buggy fault ridden useless piece of junk - if you like apps that freeze, crash your machine and generally dont do what you want then this is the app for you. If on the other hand you prefer a sublime slick user experience then avoid this like the plague. If this app was a race horse they would put a green tent around it and shoot it to death. If this app was a planet it would be Pluto. If this app was a Simpson's character it would be Barney. To summarise - its utter rubbish.
1 ★It keeps cutting out every 30 minutes. Still better than the windows 10 version - that uses a whole laptop battery in less than an hour. I get the feeling Sky don't really care about their apps
1 ★it's suddenly stopped going full screen, I'm stuck with watching a little box . which is really annoying. and the amount of times it can't find the sky q box is ridiculous.
5 ★Very well designed app. Works as an additional screen for streaming from the Sky Q box and allows shows and films to be downloaded directly to your device to watch whilst disconnected from home wifi (requires multiroom for streaming).
4 ★A great system when it works. I often get message Sky Q box not found on both my phone and tablet. Works again if I switch off router for a couple of minutes which is a nuisance. 2.5.19. Had visit from sky engineer who sorted out my problem. Now very pleased with the system
1 ★Sky do some great stuff - this app isnt one of them. Recent update made things worse. since last review keep losing connection on tablet and multi room tv so its the Sky Q - have to reboot every 2-3 weeks
1 ★Used to work ok but now nothing. Doesn't connect with box even after resetting and reinstalling etc. Crappy app yet Sky has managed to implement the yearly contract increase without issue...
2 ★Rubbish.Connection to Q box difficult to establish and then continually drops even less than 2metres from box. Such a disapppiointment. Inability to download to external SD card is a major failure. as most devices do not have sufficient internal storage.
3 ★Good app however I am struggling to use the TV Guide. The guide wants me to click on a channel to view the day/weeks broadcasts however the Sky+ app allows you to view all channels at the same time so I am using the Sky+ app for the tv guide which is just daft. Why can't the TV guide in this app display all channels at the same time like it can on the Sky+ app, just doesn't make sense to me
