1 ★Awful. Cannot use the app on tablet, constantly crashing. Informed Now customer services, more interested in tying me in to pay for rest of the month than fixing the problem. Only able to use via TV despite having a new tablet. Will not continue subscription beyond tie in period. This level of customer service and technology must be encouraging news for the competition.
1 ★Very poor app. Everytime I want to watch something on my tablet I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, even then its 50/50if it works. I also have the same issue on the TV. Seems to work okay for now on the ps4.
1 ★If you enjoy listening to people sounding like chipmunks, then this is for you. Honestly what is up with that? I'm watching on my phone via the app and speaking voices have been raised to the point that it ruins the show. Speaking is also echoing in parts while the music and other layered sounds are really loud. Subtitles almost unreadable, even with my glasses! My partner, who is deaf, cannot even watch the program properly as she is having to concentrate to much on the subs. Unsubed.
1 ★Glitchy and very difficult to manage offline. If you are online and press play on a show you've downloaded (but don't choose it from "my downloads") it will still try to draw from data..
1 ★Since last update the Nowtv app will no longer open , this is beyond frustrating, as Nowtv still have the benefit of banking my subscription, have tried everything from visits to endless forums but the app refuses to open up and just goes straight back to my home screen. Total waste of time money and my patience, from a once satisfied customer.
1 ★I was quite happy until recently when this app started showing ads before and during the show you're watching. That would be fine if there was no subscription, but as you pay a monthly fee this is unacceptable
1 ★Adverts?! Are you joking?! You app is really poor and lacking compared to Netflix and prime. Plus your content is lacking also. Your standard membership is also more expensive and from this month to get hd and no adverts you want to charge people an extra £5! Not a chance will I renew after this offer that you sent me.
1 ★Constantly crashes - Unusable! The app crashes every time. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, etc. All to no avail. What is the point of buying a fully fledged Android tablet and then not being able to access Sky Sports via Now TV. Appalling! If won't let me give zero stars!
1 ★App crashes after each and every episode and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Also, when is Now TV going to remember my preference for subtitles? To add insult to injury, this time the app crashed immediately after I had managed to Chromecast, AAND before I had managed to set my subtitles. So I am reinstalling again and restarting my episode again. Come on Now TV! Netflix is so much better, no glitches.
3 ★Good shows and functionality of the app is good. When i pause watching on my xbox i can pick right up where i left off when i use the app on my phone. The presence of adverts though is incredibly irritating but its even worse because the same adverts play every time and you can't skip the bloody things!!!
1 ★I used to love this app but have come to edit my former rating. having 5 ads throughout a show is ridiculous why pay 9.99 I will be unsubscribing and never coming back. can't charge people and also have ads we come on this app to avoid them!
4 ★Very good TV. Would be useful to have option to 'view all episodes' easily as doesn't always continue to my next episode?! In what I'm watching. But apart from that some good programmes.
