2 ★Won't load up unless you have additional Sky apps. Just stays on loading screen.

1 ★Fine when the list loads and the movie actually starts playing. IF you can get the app to load and play. Once in 40 plus attempts have we actually been able to select one of the movies I own. More time trying to get the app to work than it would actually take to watch the whole movie is not great when you have a disabled kid that just Wants to watch his favourite film. I have a 1.2 GIGA bit connection so stop with the "is your Internet fast enough" nonsense.

2 ★The player isn't great. It struggles with finding its place when fast forwarding and rewinding. I also hate the fact that Sky only let you watch films that you have bought on up to four devices. If I buy a film I want to be able to watch it wherever I am and on whatever device I want. If I had bought a movie on Blu-Ray I could watch it on any Blu-Ray player that I wanted. I also don't appear to have this problem with amazon movie purchases. Sort it out Sky you greedy control freaks!

4 ★I bought a film through the app with a sky reward. I find I'm unable to find it on the TV. The app says send it to the sky box. But it doesn't get there. So I have to watch the film on my tablet.

1 ★Will give more stars when I am able to watch purchased movies via my TV. I am only able to watch via my tablet or phone, not good enough.

1 ★This app is rubbish, it's filled with glitches, constantly freezing & downloads ridiculously slow. I'd give -10 if possible

2 ★They changed the app which meant you can no longer purchase a movie via mobile phone app, only going via website itself. Except the website purchase option does not work either, kept getting an error message. Customer service have no idea as to why. Also when using app via our Now TV service the forward/rewind/pause option does not respond properly, which doesn't happen to any other apps I have only the Sky Store app. Really poor experience overall the developers really need to work on it.

1 ★Not the best media streaming app, when you rent a movie in this you cannot see it on your sky box, you can only send it via a 3rd party streaming app to your TV. I had to resort to using the web version of the store to stream to my old Chromecast device as the app didn't allow you to easily find the cast button. It's getting uninstalled once I've written this review.

1 ★Not sure why, but the app won't open, just spinning loading wheel for minutes?

1 ★Terrible app, not fit for purpose. Sky need to do something to fix this.

1 ★This app contains many great features such as: 1. Freezing. 2. Taking longer to download movies than it would to make them. 3. The movies reaching 100% after a couple of ice-ages and then showing as "failed to download". 4. Actually downloading, but then showing as not being downloaded whilst still taking up storage space. 5. Support will care more about whether you want to downgrade to Sky Mobile or Sky Broadband than actually resolving any issues.

3 ★Brilliant, but need to put our libraries of movies/TV in ALPHABETICAL order, No longer opens or works
