1 ★I used to love this app on my Android phone. I was able to see my contact center organized the way I needed. Now, with the recent update, the only option is to see everyone by alphabetical order. It really put a damper in my day to hear there's not a way to put it back the way it was before the update, but they are "working on an option" to organize it differently for future updates. Major bummer.

1 ★Currently having difficulty pulling up contacts that are saved from a linked system. Makes it difficult to communicate if I don't have my laptop with me to look up the phone number in the original system.

1 ★Several issues since signing up with DialPad. I have never been able to recieve or send pictures via text. When I have attempted to reach out to customer service for support, they asked me to send a picture of the failure. They also had no concept or appreciation for HIPPA with this issue. NOW we currently do not have the ability to text which is a staple for our bussiness. We have been attempting to navigate this issue with no success or light at the end of the tunnel.

5 ★Really loved it. Very helpful. Few bugs when direct dialing number, it doesn't add +1 by default. Please fix it.

1 ★Currently in major crisis mode because of Dialpad. I run a small business and use the SMS Texting as my primary mode of communication. Now, the ability to send messages has been taken away due to "SMS Registration." I have been working with Dialpad support over the course of months to get the registration right. And I have done everything they said and confirmed it with them. Now, all of the sudden, my SMSs are getting rejected, and they say it will take weeks at a minimum to get it back.

1 ★I'm not happy calling people that I should be able to send text messages to. I'm paying you guys an annual fee to make sure I can text and call people and you're not doing what I'm paying you for.

5 ★Having used Dialpad, I can confidently say it transforms the way teams communicate and collaborate.

1 ★Terrible customer service. Can't get me logged into the system. Can't contact my staff. Told it will take up to 48 hours to correct.
