1 ★Terribly designed UI. Asks for your location every time even if you deny it; always pops up with the "rate my shopper" screen every time you log in. The company duplicates every push notification with an email with no way to unsubscribe from them (I've contacted customer support about it 2 times). There is also not enough granularity on push notifications. You basically can turn them all on, or all off but not pick and choose which ones you want. This sucks because and order has a ton of notifs.
3 ★For the most part great service for getting groceries delivered. PROS: 1. Helps me get my 78yr mom her groceries. 2. Like the 2 hour window. CONS: 1. Service charge is way over priced. Don't nickel and dime your customers 2. Increased the Food prices online not reflecting sales ad 3 A "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" button would be brilliant. Atleast the customer are in charge of $ being spent not shopper 4. Drivers are nice but many have smelled of pot so does the bags coming into the home.
5 ★In the beginning it was a bit confusing to navigate but once I got the hang of it, it is ver helpful. I am still learning but I love the app. I like that that shopper interacts with if they have questions. It's like sending a family member to shop for you but without the fussing😊 Thank you Publix❣
4 ★I love the service, but you're often out of many things I order! I know that the data base stretches throughout the stores, but when I go into my app, most of the sales and featured items are not on the shelves! I've tried to order Clausen's pickeld multiple times especially when you're putting it in your sales ad. Just wish it would be clear about what is actually available. But again, I really do understand that you cannot always know all of your stock! I'm sick and really do love the service!
4 ★There are many good things about the app. Two complaints are: the store is often out of items the app appears to have. There needs to be better communication between the stocking "powers that be" and the app itself - for instance- if there were a way to link the pars better for the particular store the app user chose. I don't care for how the delivery options will say "within 2 hours" or "within 5 hours." It can be sort of misleading about what time your delivery is actually scheduled for.
5 ★Publix is such a wonderful store. Always friendly and accomodating. Now since I had surgery and can't drive , the delivery service has been great. Thank you Publix !
3 ★Lousy search. Put in caffeine free, 2of 4 items had caffeine. Not enough info on products. Caffeine, salt, etc amounts. Can't enlarge containers to see what products look like. If you're rushing to get an order in, it's frustrating when you have to scroll past other items to get to the info about an item your intrested in.
5 ★Publix delivery is an excellent service! I am very happy this is available.
4 ★Very Convenient! Instacart could not come at a better time. Working from home while assisting my kids with online learning is hectic. Thank God that I can not other fresh items in a matter of minutes to be delivered at my door by the time I am done with work. I don't have to lose time on shopping for items to cook or settling for unhealthy costly fast food. This service saves you time and money!
5 ★It's so easy, convenient, and plesent. Publix is infinitely better then Walmart.
5 ★This was my 1st order... It was incredible. Came right to my door on time... I did not try it for meats or fish or poultry yet. I am disabled after recent heart valve surgery and the service was a blessing to me. One point was that a sale item, specifically 15 Coco waters that was about $1 each was replaced with a similar item costing nearly double the price. I never would have paid that much higher price, and the sale was why I bought so many. No bait and switching allowed.
1 ★It's been extremely difficult to have a good curbside experience since the app "broke". It's hard on the stores and it's hard on the customers. Instacart should NOT be charging extra for anything other than the shoppers' time until this is fixed. Better yet, refund any fees charged in terms of extra grocery costs since the problem occurred.
