5 ★This app just keeps getting better and better! Reminds me of upcoming refills, when my Rx's are ready to pick up and asks if I want them delivered. I can now pay for my stuff ahead of time and pick up quickly at the pharmacy drive up window. Saves alot of time and no standing in line inside the grocery store anymore.
2 ★The phone number should be listed for the pharmacy that I am using and the user should have the capability to give a message to the pharmacy when refilling meds.
3 ★Was Worthless until manual intervention by tech. Called Publix support. A tech had me on the phone and hold for about 15 minutes to fix something I should have been able to solve in the ap. I have been in IT as a developer, tester and in other roles, so it was not a techo-dummy is issue. Now, it does supply what I need. Sent email explaining issues to developer.
1 ★I loaded this app last year, created my profile and used it that first time to set up my pharmacy needs. I have been unable to log into the app ever since. I contacted customer service just now, got a password reset and temporary password. Logged into the app and it immediately kicked me out before I could change the password and now won't let me back in. This app is not good and needs to be re-programmed.
1 ★App doesn't work, won't let you log in with your correct username or password. It's extremely frustrating.
1 ★It lost my information and when I try to add myself as a patient, it tells me I'm already a patient so I can't be added. But I don't show up in my patients list. It used to work but now its useless!!! Very poor design!!!
1 ★This used to be a great app but lately it hasn't worked. Im unable to login. After fingerprint verification succeeds it just takes me right bCk to the login page. I've been using it for years and never had an issue until recently. Its useless now.
4 ★Worked fine until it logged me out randomly and I couldn't remember my password. I reset the password and I can log in on my computer but the app is telling me the password is incorrect when I know it's not. Willing to give this 5 stars if this issue can be resolved.
2 ★Constantly just spins most of the time. I just have to close out the app and retry like 5 times to finally get a prescription refilled. Irritating as anything. *Edit* Attempted to use the website, as recommended, and even the site won't go past selecting my prescriptions. Guess I'll going back to calling and then waiting in line.
1 ★Was instructed by the pharmacist to use this to have Rx delivered when someone in our family tested positive. The app doesn't allow FSA or HSA cards tho, only credit cards. On top of that, you cannot have it delivered with your groceries. Nope, have to pay a 2nd delivery fee from a 2nd driver to bring your Rx from the same store as your food. How ridiculous, & not at all a convenience.
2 ★The app worked a few times then stopped. I uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled again, reinstalled again and it doesn't work. No longer shows prescriptions or allows me to prepay. Very frustrating. Very unusual for a Publix product.
3 ★I have LOVED using this app, but recently it logged me out and will not let me sign back in. I've used fingerprint id and changed my password, still nothing. It just keeps saying login failed. Please fix this! It's done the same thing to my husband and we miss the convenience of using it.
