1 ★I've had trouble for several weeks. The app won't let me login and it shows a system failure each time I attempt to resent my password. I've reached out for assistance but none of the things suggested have fixed the problem. I have a Google 7 Pro and everything is updated. Im very frustrated and will be wanting my money back that is currently sitting on my app and as well a refund for the gift cards that I currently have. I feel like Starbucks has punted me as a customer. Lol
1 ★Needs a better way to sign in or reset your password. If you try resetting your password with one you have already used it just says "Password reset failed" and does not specify why. I'd like fingerprint sign in and 2FA code for example instead. Every single time I use it I have to go through this dance with signing in. I also can't paste my password (I use a password manager). The app still wants you to pay to reload a gift card card every time. Avoid this garbage
1 ★App sign in always logs me out and then sign in never works. Reset password fails frequently as well. Sign in process is inadequate for a company this large. Called to reset password and tech was rude. Then when I tried to sign in with new password it tells me sign in failed. Typed in same password a second time, then it works. Sign in process needs additional tech support instead of new features.
4 ★Unable to create an account through the app or online, I've tried on multiple day's. Online chat couldn't help. So I called customer service and the same result he couldn't figure out what the issue was but he was very pleasant and helpful and tried his best. So I tried a different email other than Gmail while creating the account and it worked. Really weird that it wouldn't accept my Gmail email as a user name, but problem solved.
5 ★definitely the best way to order ahead and have your coffee ready but the time you get to the store. super easy interface and super easy to reload a gift card so you get more stars for rewards when you order.
4 ★Love this app. We need a smart watch application as well. When ordering will be easier to show the bar code from the watch than a phone. In the US the majority wear watches on their left hand so will make it easy to scan when paying.
4 ★super easy to use. very quick. The only downside is you can't use the rest of your gift card and then a payment card. you have to reload your gift card every time. A very good business plan to get more money, but very sneaky and makes them look greedy.
3 ★How do I make the app CAD? I downloaded it from the Canadian Play store and created an account, but all the gift cards I've added show as less than the CAD value, so I'm guessing it's in USD. I never go to the US. I got the gift cards in CAD and I use them in CAD. It better not be making me lose money on the conversion back and forth...
1 ★I'm sure this I would be great if it actually worked. something happen in September it stopped working. It won't let me log into my account after it logged me out .and it won't let me create a new account I even try to log in on Friends and Families phone it does the same thing. I've contacted customer service they've done nothing. you can't create an account and you can't log it and you can't order without an account so it's basically useless.
1 ★It doesn't let me log in despite typing all the correct login info. I have a pixel 6... It seems like a lot of pixel phones have this issue. I can log in just fine on the website but never in the app. I even tried making a new account under a different email address and it still does not let me log in on the app. Very disappointing.
1 ★Was great until someone started using our money we loaded onto the app. Update: Customer service has been a nightmare to work with and we were only recently refunded some of the money that was spent. The old account is still locked but the balance from that account (about $30) still hasn't been moved to the new one. Buyer beware, they are happy to take your money but if something goes wrong you had best be prepared to fight for weeks with dismissive, unprofessional customer service reps.
1 ★Somehow my drink order changed from extra Dolche sprinkles, which is the standard topping for the drink, to extra cinnamon topping and I have been going into the app and ordering it from my last order or from my favorites. I never edit my drink, it's saved exactly how I like it so not sure how that got changed but my last 10 drinks have been terrible and I couldn't figure out why...now I know. Don't trust the app...
